【摘要】：目的觀察半月板損傷導(dǎo)致的滑膜炎患者滑膜滑液中基質(zhì)金屬蛋白酶3(MMP-3)、基質(zhì)金屬蛋白酶9(MMP-9)和基質(zhì)金屬蛋白酶13(MMP-13)的表達(dá)變化。方法 128例半月板損傷患者,根據(jù)是否有伴有滑膜炎分為半月板損傷誘發(fā)滑膜炎者81例(觀察組)和單純半月板損傷者47例(對(duì)照組)。分別采用熒光定量PCR法和免疫組化法檢測(cè)兩組滑膜組織中MMP-3、MMP-9和MMP-13 mRNA和蛋白,采用ELISA法檢測(cè)兩組滑液MMP-3、MMP-9和MMP-13。結(jié)果觀察組滑膜組織中MMP-3、MMP-9和MMP-13 mRNA相對(duì)表達(dá)量分別為3.12±0.41、2.10±0.24、3.01±0.30,對(duì)照組分別為1.53±0.35、0.87±0.18、1.12±0.21,P均0.05;觀察組滑膜組織中MMP-3、MMP-9和MMP-13蛋白相對(duì)表達(dá)量分別為394.1±20.6、170.5±14.8、190.7±13.6,對(duì)照組分別為204.5±15.3、90.3±8.4、109.3±10.4,P均0.05。觀察組滑液組織中MMP-3、MMP-9和MMP-13 mRNA相對(duì)表達(dá)量分別為12.5±2.1、15.7±2.4、9.5±1.9,對(duì)照組分別為19.4±2.6、17.5±2.3、14.7±2.4,P均0.05。觀察組Ayral滑膜炎評(píng)分≤60分者滑液MMP-3、MMP-9和MMP-13水平明顯低于Ayral滑膜炎評(píng)分60分者(P0.05)。結(jié)論半月板損傷導(dǎo)致的滑膜炎患者滑膜、滑液存在MMP-3、MMP-9和MMP-13高表達(dá)。MMP-3、MMP-9和MMP-13的異常表達(dá)可能與半月板損傷滑膜炎的發(fā)生有關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the expression of matrix metalloproteinase 3 (MMP-3), matrix metalloproteinase 9 (MMP-9) and matrix metalloproteinase 13 (MMP 13) in synovial fluid of patients with synovitis caused by meniscus injury. Methods 128 patients with meniscus injury were divided into two groups according to whether there was synovitis induced by meniscus injury in 81 cases (observation group) and 47 cases in simple meniscus injury (control group). The mRNA and protein of MMP-3, MMP-9 and MMP-13 in synovial tissue of two groups were detected by fluorescence quantitative PCR and immunohistochemistry, respectively, and MMP-3, MMP-9 and MMP-13 in synovial fluid of two groups were detected by Elisa. Results the relative expressions of MMP-3, MMP-9 and MMP-13 mRNA in synovial tissue of observation group were 3.12 鹵0.41 鹵0.24 鹵3.01 鹵0.30, respectively, and those in control group were 1.53 鹵0.35 鹵0.18 鹵0.21 鹵1.12 鹵0.21, respectively, and the relative expression of MMP-3MMP-9 and MMP-13 protein in synovial tissue of observation group were 394.1 鹵20.6170.5 鹵14.8190.7 鹵13.6and 204.5 鹵15.30.93 鹵8.4109.3 鹵10.4P respectively (P < 0.05). The relative expression of MMP-3MMP-9 and MMP-13 mRNA in synovial tissue of observation group was 394.1 鹵20.6170.5 鹵14.8190.7 鹵13.60.The relative expression of MMP-3MMP-9 and MMP-13 protein in synovial tissue of observation group was 394.1 鹵20.6170.5 鹵14.8190.7 鹵13.6, respectively.
