【摘要】：目的探討Meta釘治療脛骨遠端關節(jié)外骨折的適應癥和臨床療效。方法選取2012年5月-2014年10月采用Meta釘治療的12例脛骨遠端關節(jié)外骨折患者。其中,男性10例、女性2例;年齡23~58歲(平均38.2歲)。按AO分型:A1型3例,A2型4例,A3型5例。所有患者均為閉合性骨折。骨折線距脛骨遠端關節(jié)面3~5 cm。結果所有患者術后獲得隨訪6~18個月(平均10.2個月),骨折愈合時間12~24周(平均18.6周),無畸形愈合、傷口感染、髓內釘斷裂等并發(fā)癥�；贾�、膝關節(jié)功能采用Johner-Wruhs評分,優(yōu)7例,良4例,可1例。結論 Meta釘治療合并嚴重軟組織損傷的脛骨遠端關節(jié)外骨折療效良好。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the indication and clinical effect of meta nail in the treatment of distal tibial fracture. Methods from May 2012 to October 2014, 12 patients with extraarticular fracture of distal tibia were treated with Meta nail. Among them, 10 cases were males and 2 cases were females, the age was 23 ~ 58 years (mean 38.2 years). According to AO classification, 3 cases of type A 1, 4 cases of type A 2 and 5 cases of type A 3. All patients had closed fractures. The fracture line was 3 cm from the distal articular surface of the tibia. Results all the patients were followed up for 6 ~ 18 months (mean 10.2 months), fracture healing time was 12 ~ 24 weeks (mean 18.6 weeks), no complications such as malunion, wound infection, intramedullary nail breakage were observed. Johner-Wruhs score was used to evaluate ankle and knee joint function in 7 cases, good in 4 cases, fair in 1 case. Conclusion Meta nail is effective in the treatment of extraarticular fracture of distal tibia with severe soft tissue injury.
