文章摘要：目的：探討頭頸腫瘤與外科治療對(duì)患者生存質(zhì)量的影響。方法：本次共選擇50例頭頸腫瘤患者作研究對(duì)象，均為我院2012年9月～2013年9月收治，分析不同病變類(lèi)型及外科治療方式對(duì)生存質(zhì)量的影響。結(jié)果：舌癌PSS～HN平均分明顯低于鼻咽癌、喉癌（ P＜0．05），，但3種不同部分頭頸腫瘤在PACT-H＆N平均分比較上，無(wú)明顯差異（ P＞0．05）。術(shù)前PSS-HN評(píng)分267．7分，術(shù)后1個(gè)月為164．7分，有明顯下降（P＜0．05）。術(shù)前FACT-H＆N為114．4分，術(shù)后1個(gè)月為92．6分，有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P＜0．05）。術(shù)后6個(gè)月，喉部分切除術(shù)PACT-H＆N評(píng)分高于全切術(shù)，舌癌直接拉攏縫合高于舌癌前臂游離皮瓣修復(fù)，有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異（P＜0．05）。結(jié)論：依據(jù)頭頸腫瘤不同部位、類(lèi)型，對(duì)手術(shù)和修復(fù)方案進(jìn)行個(gè)體化選擇，可顯著提高生存質(zhì)量。

Abstr：Objective：To investigate the efficiency of surgical therapy for the patient life .Methods：A total of 50 patients with head and neck cancer were rolled in our hospital （ from 2012.9-2013.9）.Different subtype of head and neck cancer patients were treated by sur -gical therapy .Resulst ：There was significant low in the PSS -HN score among the patients with tongue cancer compared with the group of nasopharyngeal carcinoma and laryngocarcinoma （ P 〈0.05）.But there was no significantly different among the three subtype cancer in the mean score of PACT-H＆amp;N.（P〉0.05）In the term of Preoperative ,the PSS-HN score is 267.7,and FACT-H＆amp;N score is 114.4, while the score was significantly dropped to 164.7and92.6 in one month after the operation respectively （ P 〈0.05）.After the 6 month of the operation , the PACT-H＆amp;N score of the patients partial laryngectomy was higher than the all one;Samely , the the score of direct-ly sutured operation for the tongue cancer was was higher than repair of free forearm flap in tongue cancer .（P〈0.05）Conclusion：Ac-cording to the different type and location of the cancer , adapting individualized treatment options can improve the patient life quality signif -icantly.
