中國人肋骨密質(zhì)骨厚度的測定與特征分析

【摘要】:汽車碰撞事故中,肋骨密質(zhì)骨厚度分布對肋骨骨折特性有顯著影響,其形態(tài)學(xué)特征與人體參數(shù)等因素密切相關(guān)。該文定量描述了肋骨密質(zhì)骨厚度分布,并分析了年齡、性別、身高和身高質(zhì)量指數(shù)(BMI)等人體參數(shù)的影響。以60例中國人醫(yī)學(xué)計算機斷層掃描(CT)圖像數(shù)據(jù)為樣本,采用基于CT值分布特征的肋骨密質(zhì)骨厚度測量方法,對每例CT圖像的左側(cè)12根肋骨進行了分布式測量。應(yīng)用統(tǒng)計學(xué)方法,研究了位置和人體參數(shù)對肋骨密質(zhì)骨厚度的影響。結(jié)果表明:肋骨序號、肋骨截面序號、測量點位置等位置參數(shù)和性別、身高、BMI等人體參數(shù)均對肋骨密質(zhì)骨厚度具有顯著影響。該研究所確立的肋骨密質(zhì)骨厚度分布模型可應(yīng)用于開發(fā)參數(shù)化人體有限元模型,有助于定量研究人體參數(shù)對肋骨骨折的影響。
[Abstract]:In automobile crash, the thickness distribution of rib dense bone has a significant effect on the characteristics of rib fracture, and its morphological characteristics are closely related to human parameters and other factors. The distribution of rib dense bone thickness was quantitatively described, and the influence of age, sex, height and height and mass index (BMI) on human body parameters were analyzed. Based on the CT image data of 60 Chinese patients, a method of measuring the thickness of rib dense bone based on the distribution of CT values was used to measure 12 ribs on the left side of each CT image. The influence of position and human parameters on the thickness of rib dense bone was studied by statistical method. The results showed that the body parameters, such as rib serial number, rib cross-section serial number, position of measurement point, sex, height and BMI, all had significant effects on the thickness of rib dense bone. The model of rib dense bone thickness distribution can be used to develop parameterized finite element model of human body, which is helpful to quantitatively study the influence of human parameters on rib fracture.
