【摘要】：目的探討負(fù)壓供給-吸引護(hù)創(chuàng)材料(適膚態(tài))在糖尿病足創(chuàng)面治療中的效果。方法通過使用負(fù)壓供給-吸引護(hù)創(chuàng)材料(適膚態(tài))治療30例糖尿病足并與未使用該護(hù)創(chuàng)材料的30例進(jìn)行對比,統(tǒng)計分析以得出結(jié)果。結(jié)果試驗(yàn)組經(jīng)適膚態(tài)負(fù)壓供給-吸引護(hù)創(chuàng)材料治療后創(chuàng)面感染得到有效控制,創(chuàng)面面積縮小,肉芽生長良好,達(dá)到植皮的條件。創(chuàng)面平均愈合時間較對照組大大縮短,經(jīng)用薄中厚皮片游離移植打包后效果滿意,植皮成活率達(dá)98%。結(jié)論負(fù)壓供給-吸引護(hù)創(chuàng)材料(適膚態(tài))能有效地促進(jìn)創(chuàng)面肉芽生長為封閉創(chuàng)面創(chuàng)造良好基礎(chǔ)條件,能降低致殘率并縮短療程,減輕患者的痛苦和經(jīng)濟(jì)負(fù)擔(dān),更易為患者所接受。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of negative pressure supply-suction protective material (skin-adapted) in the treatment of diabetic foot wound. Methods 30 cases of diabetic foot were treated with negative pressure supply-suction nursing material (skin state) and compared with 30 cases without this material. The results were analyzed statistically. Results the infection of wound was effectively controlled, the area of wound was reduced, granulation grew well, and the condition of skin grafting was achieved. The average healing time of the wound was shorter than that of the control group, and the skin graft survival rate was 98%. Conclusion the negative pressure supplying-attracting protective material can effectively promote the growth of wound granulation and create good basic conditions for wound closure. It can reduce the rate of disability, shorten the course of treatment and relieve the pain and economic burden of the patients. More easily accepted by patients.
