【摘要】：目的觀察健側(cè)頸7移位術(shù)后2年運動皮層功能的重塑變化,以期從運動皮層功能重塑方面對臨床遠期隨訪的結(jié)果進行解釋。方法 30只SD大鼠隨機分為對照組、全臂叢根性撕脫傷組及頸7移位修復組,于術(shù)后24個月以微電極刺激技術(shù)檢測各組大鼠患肢支配區(qū)在對側(cè)大腦運動皮層的分布。結(jié)果術(shù)后24個月,對照組上肢支配區(qū)在大腦運動皮層的刺激位點數(shù)量在右側(cè)為21.17±1.14個;在全臂叢根性撕脫傷組,頸部位點在術(shù)后兩年仍占據(jù)著原前肢代表區(qū);頸7移位術(shù)后左側(cè)前肢代表區(qū)逐漸替代頸部位點,術(shù)后2年刺激位點數(shù)量為14.83±0.83。結(jié)論健側(cè)頸7神經(jīng)根移位治療全臂叢根性撕脫傷能夠引起成年大鼠對側(cè)運動皮層遠期的功能重塑。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the remodeling of motor cortical function 2 years after normal cervical 7 transposition in order to explain the results of long-term clinical follow-up from the aspect of motor cortical function remodeling. Methods Thirty Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into control group, total brachial plexus root avulsion group and cervical 7 transposition repair group. The distribution of innervation area of affected limb in contralateral motor cortex of rats was detected by microelectrode stimulation at 24 months after operation. Results 24 months after operation, the number of stimulation sites in the motor cortex of the control group was 21.17 鹵1.14 on the right side, while in the group of total brachial plexus root avulsion, the cervical site still occupied the former forelimb representative area two years after operation. After cervical 7 transposition, the representative area of left forelimb gradually replaced the cervical site, and the number of stimulating sites was 14. 83 鹵0. 83 after 2 years. Conclusion the treatment of total brachial plexus root avulsion injury by transposition of normal cervical 7 nerve root can induce long term functional remodeling of contralateral motor cortex in adult rats.
