【摘要】：目的:了解鄭州市女性乳腺疾病的患病特點(diǎn)及影響因素,以便有針對性指導(dǎo)女性乳腺疾病的防治。方法:選取2015年7-10月進(jìn)行乳腺疾病普查的6 310名女性為調(diào)查對象,進(jìn)行臨床檢查及流行病學(xué)調(diào)查,并對普查可疑對象進(jìn)行乳腺彩超、乳腺鉬靶和病理檢查等,分析患病率,采用卡方檢驗和Logistic回歸方法分析影響乳腺患病率的相關(guān)因素。結(jié)果:鄭州市女性乳腺疾病的患病率為24.94%,乳腺癌的患病率為0.06%。乳腺疾病患病率與女性自身的生理病理因素月經(jīng)情況、生育年齡和流產(chǎn)史密切相關(guān)(P0.05),不同年齡段、文化程度和職業(yè)類型的女性乳腺患病率也有差異(P0.05),Logistic回歸分析表明,職業(yè)類型對女性乳腺患病率有明顯影響。結(jié)論:鄭州市女性乳腺疾病患病率相對較高,且受多種因素影響。政府應(yīng)有針對性地進(jìn)行乳腺疾病普查普治工作,加強(qiáng)女性乳腺疾病的二級預(yù)防。
[Abstract]:Objective: to understand the characteristics and influencing factors of female breast disease in Zhengzhou City, so as to guide the prevention and treatment of female breast disease. Methods: a total of 6310 women with breast diseases from July to October 2015 were selected for clinical examination and epidemiological investigation, and the prevalence rate was analyzed by mammary gland color ultrasound, mammary mammary mammography and pathological examination. Chi-square test and Logistic regression were used to analyze the risk factors of breast disease. Results: the prevalence of breast disease and breast cancer were 24.94 and 0.06 respectively. The prevalence rate of breast disease was closely related to menstruation, reproductive age and abortion history. The prevalence rate of breast disease in women with different ages, educational level and occupational type was also different (P 0.05). Occupational type has a significant effect on the prevalence of breast in women. Conclusion: the prevalence of breast disease in Zhengzhou is relatively high and affected by many factors. The government should carry on the mammary gland disease general treatment work pertinently, strengthen the second-level prevention of the female mammary gland disease.
