【摘要】：右美托咪定是一種高選擇性的α_2受體激動(dòng)劑,研究表明其具有器官保護(hù)作用,近年來,其肺保護(hù)作用日益得到關(guān)注。作者就該藥的藥理學(xué)特點(diǎn)、肺保護(hù)作用及其機(jī)制等方面進(jìn)行綜述。
[Abstract]:Dexmetidine is a highly selective agonist of 偽-2 receptor, which has been shown to have organ protection and has attracted more and more attention in recent years. The pharmacological characteristics, pulmonary protective effect and mechanism of the drug were reviewed.
