【摘要】：本文介紹手法淋巴引流(MLD)技術(shù)的歷史與發(fā)展、作用機(jī)制以及水腫的分類和鑒別,并重點(diǎn)闡述MLD的適應(yīng)癥與禁忌癥,以及在臨床各領(lǐng)域包括癌癥術(shù)后、感染亞臨床狀態(tài)以及外科中的應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces the history and development of the technique of manual lymphatic drainage, the mechanism of action and the classification and differentiation of edema. The indications and contraindications of MLD, as well as the clinical application of MLDs, including postoperative cancer, are described in detail. Subclinical status of infection and its application in surgery.
