【摘要】：Lnk蛋白是一種細(xì)胞銜接蛋白(adaptor protein),在細(xì)胞信號(hào)轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)系統(tǒng)中起著重要的橋梁作用,其功能涉及到造血干細(xì)胞的分化、內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞激活、細(xì)胞骨架調(diào)控等。在損傷的組織中,Lnk是造血干細(xì)胞自我更新和血管修復(fù)的較強(qiáng)負(fù)向調(diào)節(jié)因子。Lnk蛋白與內(nèi)皮祖細(xì)胞介導(dǎo)血管發(fā)生,且在骨折愈合過(guò)程中發(fā)揮作用,本文將總結(jié)Lnk蛋白與內(nèi)皮祖細(xì)胞在骨折愈合方面研究進(jìn)展。
[Abstract]:Lnk protein is an adaptor protein, which plays an important role in the cell signal transduction system. Its function involves the differentiation of hematopoietic stem cells, the activation of endothelial cells, the regulation of cytoskeleton and so on. Lnk is a strong negative regulatory factor for self-renewal and vascular repair of hematopoietic stem cells. Lnk protein mediates angiogenesis with endothelial progenitor cells and plays an important role in fracture healing. This article will summarize the research progress of Lnk protein and endothelial progenitor cells in fracture healing.
