【摘要】：目的了解阜陽市城郊小學生燒傷發(fā)生現(xiàn)狀及其影響因素,為預防小學生燒傷的發(fā)生提供參考。方法采用分層整群隨機抽樣方法,隨機抽取阜陽市城郊2所小學,共調查小學生1 223名,分析小學生燒傷發(fā)生情況及影響因素。結果 1 223名小學生中,檢出燒傷者126名,檢出率為10.3%。其中男生燒傷90名,女生燒傷36名,男生燒傷檢出率(14.2%)高于女生(6.1%)(χ~2=21.768,P0.05);不同年級組學生燒傷檢出率差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(χ~2=24.496,P0.05),一、二年級組最高(15.3%),五、六年級組最低(4.8%)。熱水燙傷占燒傷原因構成中最高,為69.8%。農(nóng)村務工家庭及監(jiān)護人文化程度為小學及以下的小學生燒傷檢出率最高,分別為8.3%,6.9%。多因素分析結果顯示,性別、年級、家庭類型及監(jiān)護人文化程度等是小學生燒傷的主要影響因素(OR值分別為0.669,0.776,0.694,0.760)。結論阜陽市城郊小學生燒傷檢出率較高。建議從學校、家庭、社會等方面加大健康教育力度,以降低小學生燒傷的發(fā)生。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the present situation and influencing factors of primary school students' burn in Fuyang suburb, and to provide reference for preventing the occurrence of primary school students' burn. Methods A stratified cluster random sampling method was used to randomly select 2 primary schools in the suburbs of Fuyang City. A total of 1,223 primary school students were investigated and the occurrence and influencing factors of primary school burn were analyzed. Results among the 1 223 pupils, 126 were found burn, the detection rate was 10. 3%. Among them, 90 boys and 36 girls had burns, and the detection rate of burns for boys was 14.2than that for girls (蠂 ~ 2 2n 21.768 / P 0.05), and there was significant difference between different grade groups (蠂 ~ 2 ~ 2 ~ 2 ~ (24.496)) (P _ (0.05)), the highest in grades one and two (15.3g), the lowest in grade five and six (P _ (0.05)), there was significant difference between the two groups (蠂 ~ (2) ~ (2)) (P _ (0.05), P _ (0.05)). Hot water scald accounted for 69.8% of the burn causes. The detectable rate of burn was the highest in primary school students with the education level of rural migrant workers and guardians, which was 8.3% and 6.9%, respectively. The results of multivariate analysis showed that gender, grade, family type and guardian's education level were the main influencing factors of primary school students' burn. Conclusion the detection rate of burn in primary school students in the suburbs of Fuyang City is high. It is suggested that health education should be strengthened in school, family and society in order to reduce the incidence of burns in primary school students.
