缺血性腰椎間盤退變模型兔的磁共振T1ρ和T2mapping成像評價

【摘要】:背景:磁共振T1ρ和T2mapping成像技術(shù)已用于研究人類和恒河猴腰椎間盤退變并認(rèn)為可以早期評價腰椎間盤退變情況,目前尚無應(yīng)用磁共振T1ρ和T2mapping成像技術(shù)研究新西蘭兔腰椎間盤退變的報道。目的:比較不同時間點(diǎn)新西蘭兔缺血性腰椎間盤退變模型的磁共振T1ρ和T2-map弛豫時間值,評價兩種成像技術(shù)對退變評估的敏感性差異。方法:15只新西蘭兔隨機(jī)平均分成3組,每只兔隨機(jī)干預(yù)L_(4-5)、L_(5-6)或L_(6-7)椎間盤中的一個作為缺血性退變模型組,另外2個不干預(yù)椎間盤作為空白對照組。所有動物于術(shù)前行磁共振T1ρ和T2mapping掃描,3組兔分別于術(shù)后1,3或6個月再行相應(yīng)磁共振掃描,分析兩種成像技術(shù)在不同時間點(diǎn)弛豫時間值變化。結(jié)果與結(jié)論:(1)模型組腰椎間盤髓核組織術(shù)前T2-map弛豫時間值(146.21±16.93)ms與造模后3個月(118.53±20.51)ms或6個月(85.42±11.65)ms比較,差異有顯著性意義(P0.05);而與造模后1個月比較,差異無顯著性意義(P0.05);(2)模型組椎間盤髓核組織術(shù)前T1ρ弛豫時間值(87.88±8.87)ms與造模后6個月(64.75±14.63)ms比較,差異有顯著性意義(P0.05);而與造模后1個月或3個月比較,差異無顯著性意義(P0.05);(3)對照組椎間盤髓核組織T1ρ和T2-map弛豫時間值各時間點(diǎn)差異均無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。造模后6個月兔腰椎間盤磁共振T2WI才出現(xiàn)PfirrmannⅡ-Ⅲ級的改變;(4)結(jié)果說明:磁共振T1ρ和T2mapping成像技術(shù)可用于量化評價新西蘭兔缺血性腰椎間盤退變過程,T2mapping成像可能比T1ρ成像對新西蘭兔缺血性退變的早期評估更敏感些。
[Abstract]:Background: magnetic resonance T1 蟻 and T2mapping imaging techniques have been used to study lumbar disc degeneration in human and rhesus monkeys. Up to now, there are no reports on the study of lumbar disc degeneration in New Zealand rabbits using magnetic resonance T1 蟻 and T2mapping imaging techniques. Objective: to compare the magnetic resonance T1 蟻 and T2-map relaxation time of ischemic lumbar disc degeneration models in New Zealand rabbits at different time points. Methods Fifteen New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into three groups, one of which was randomly treated with L _ (4) -5 / L _ (5-6) or L _ (6 ~ 7) as an ischemic degeneration model group. The other two non-interventional intervertebral discs were used as blank control group. All rabbits received MRI T1 蟻 and T2mapping scan before operation. The changes of relaxation time at different time points by two imaging techniques were analyzed. Results and conclusions the T2-map relaxation time before operation of lumbar disc nucleus pulposus was 146.21 鹵16.93)ms in model group and 118.53 鹵20.51)ms or 85.42 鹵11.65)ms in 6 months after modeling. The difference was significant (P 0.05), but there was no significant difference between the model group and the model group after 1 month. There was no significant difference between the model group and the model group. The T1 蟻 relaxation time before operation was 87.88 鹵8.87)ms in the model group and 64.75 鹵14.63)ms at 6 months after the model. The difference was significant (P 0.05), and compared with that of 1 month or 3 months after modeling.
