髖臼前柱四邊體翼型鋼板-四邊體擋板研發(fā)的解剖學(xué)研究

【摘要】:背景:針對(duì)髖臼前柱合并四邊體骨折,是否存在一種前柱四邊體翼型鋼板同時(shí)解決鋼板術(shù)中多次塑性和四邊體內(nèi)移等問題呢?目的:探討Mimics軟件在髖臼前柱四邊體翼型鋼板-四邊體擋板的設(shè)計(jì)和解剖學(xué)參數(shù)測(cè)量中的作用。方法:采用Mimics軟件對(duì)共60例正常骨盆CT數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行三維重建,測(cè)量鋼板四邊體擋板設(shè)計(jì)所需要的各解剖參數(shù),包括弓狀緣平面-四邊體平面夾角、四邊體各邊界、髖臼四邊體骨質(zhì)厚度等。繪制髖臼在四方區(qū)骨面投影線和四邊體置釘危險(xiǎn)區(qū),在四邊體危險(xiǎn)區(qū)以外區(qū)域?qū)ふ也⒃O(shè)置進(jìn)釘點(diǎn),測(cè)量擋板螺釘?shù)陌踩M(jìn)釘角度。結(jié)果與結(jié)論:(1)弓狀緣平面-四邊體平面夾角男女之間比較差異無顯著性意義;(2)男性骨質(zhì)最薄厚度值顯著大于女性;(3)男性四方區(qū)擋板螺釘P1螺釘最大內(nèi)傾角和P2螺釘最大內(nèi)傾角顯著小于女性;P3螺釘最大內(nèi)傾角男女差異無顯著性意義。(4)結(jié)果說明,設(shè)計(jì)研發(fā)髖臼前柱四邊體翼型鋼板-四邊體擋板可利用Mimics軟件測(cè)量骨盆髖臼解剖學(xué)數(shù)據(jù),方法簡(jiǎn)便、易行、直觀;根據(jù)髖臼前柱和四邊體骨面特征新定義的解剖學(xué)參數(shù)可恰當(dāng)描述髖臼四邊體的解剖學(xué)共同特征和差異。
[Abstract]:Background: in view of acetabular anterior column combined with quadrilateral fracture, is there a kind of front column quadrilateral airfoil plate which can solve the problems of multiple plasticity and internal displacement of the four sides in the steel plate at the same time? Objective: to investigate the effect of Mimics software on the design and anatomical parameter measurement of the quadrihedral flange plate of acetabular anterior column. Methods: 60 cases of normal pelvic CT data were reconstructed by Mimics software. The anatomical parameters needed for the design of the steel plate quadrilateral baffle are measured, including the angle between the arcuate edge plane and the quadrilateral plane, and the boundaries of the quadrilateral body. Acetabular tetrahedral bone thickness and so on. The acetabular projection line on the bone surface and the dangerous area of the tetrahedral nailing are drawn, and the nail points are found and set outside the tetrahedral area. The angle of safe entry of baffle screws was measured. Results and conclusions there was no significant difference between male and female in the angle between arcuate margin plane and quadrilateral plane. (2) the thinnest thickness of bone in male was significantly greater than that in female. The results showed that the maximum inclinations of plate screws P1 screws and P2 screws were significantly lower than that of female P 3 screws. The Mimics software was used to measure the data of acetabular anatomy of the pelvis. The method was simple, easy and intuitionistic. The common anatomical characteristics and differences of acetabular tetrahedron can be properly described according to the newly defined anatomical parameters of acetabular anterior column and tetrahedral bone face.
