【摘要】：目的:探討Apelin-13對兔腦外傷創(chuàng)傷性腦損傷后大腦皮質(zhì)細(xì)胞自噬的影響。方法:選取健康雄性大兔30只,依據(jù)隨機(jī)數(shù)表法分為無創(chuàng)傷組、創(chuàng)傷+Apelin-13組、單純創(chuàng)傷組,每組10只,比較3組大兔腦皮質(zhì)自噬相關(guān)蛋白的表達(dá)及腦體積缺損比。結(jié)果:創(chuàng)傷+Apelin-13組兔Beclin-1、Lc3明顯高于無創(chuàng)傷組,且低于單純創(chuàng)傷組,bcl-2、p62明顯低于無創(chuàng)傷組,但高于單純創(chuàng)傷組,無創(chuàng)傷組兔p-m TOR高于單純創(chuàng)傷組,創(chuàng)傷+Apelin-13組兔p-m TOR高于無創(chuàng)傷組,差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。無創(chuàng)傷組、創(chuàng)傷+Apelin-13組、單純創(chuàng)傷組兔腦外傷后大腦皮質(zhì)Lc3-Ⅱ/Lc3-Ⅰ分別為(0.19±0.05)、(0.23±0.07)、(0.36±0.08),Beclin-1/bcl-2分別為(0.43±0.09)、(0.78±0.12)、(1.61±0.35)。無創(chuàng)傷組、創(chuàng)傷+Apelin-13組、單純創(chuàng)傷組兔腦外傷后腦體積缺損比分別為0%、(15.31±3.21)%、(26.74±4.85)%。創(chuàng)傷+Apelin-13組兔腦體積缺損比高于無創(chuàng)傷組,但明顯低于單純創(chuàng)傷組,差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:Apelin-13能夠抑制兔腦外傷后大腦皮質(zhì)細(xì)胞自噬,可能與Beclin-1、p-m TO等自噬相關(guān)蛋白表達(dá)有關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the effect of Apelin-13 on autophagy of cerebral cortex cells after traumatic brain injury in rabbits. Methods: thirty healthy male rabbits were randomly divided into three groups: no trauma group, traumatic Apelin-13 group and simple trauma group. Results: Beclin-1 Lc3 in traumatic Apelin-13 group was significantly higher than that in non-traumatic group, and was lower than that in non-traumatic group, but higher than that in simple trauma group, but higher than that in simple trauma group.
