【摘要】：目的了解湖北省黃石市老年肌肉衰減征的影響因素,為采取相應(yīng)的干預(yù)措施提供依據(jù)。方法2015年6月至2016年6月以湖北省黃石市3個社區(qū)衛(wèi)生服務(wù)站進(jìn)行免費(fèi)體檢的老年人為研究對象進(jìn)行肌肉衰減征的篩查,得到老年肌肉衰減征者77例,再隨機(jī)抽取同期進(jìn)行體檢的非肌肉衰減征老年人156例作為對照組。用一般情況量表、活動能力量表、微型營養(yǎng)評定量表、匹茲堡睡眠質(zhì)量量表對調(diào)查對象進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查,再用單因素分析和多因素進(jìn)行老年人肌肉衰減征影響因素的分析。結(jié)果單因素分析顯示肌肉衰減征組與對照組在體重過低、婚姻狀況、月收入、軀體生活自理能力、工具性日常生活活動能力、營養(yǎng)良好、睡眠質(zhì)量不佳上的差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);多因素分析顯示體重過低、月收入較低、軀體生活自理能力功能障礙、睡眠質(zhì)量不佳是黃石市老年人患肌肉衰減征的危險因素,營養(yǎng)良好是其保護(hù)因素(P0.05)。結(jié)論黃石市老年人患肌肉衰減征受多種因素影響,應(yīng)針對危險因素采取有效措施來降低老年人患肌肉衰減征的風(fēng)險。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the influencing factors of senile muscle attenuation in Huangshi City Hubei Province. Methods from June 2015 to June 2016, the elderly who underwent free physical examination at three community health service stations in Huangshi City, Hubei Province, were studied for muscle attenuation. The screening. 77 cases of senile muscle attenuation sign were obtained. 156 cases of non-muscle attenuation sign were randomly selected as control group. General situation scale, activity ability scale and mini nutrition rating scale were used. Pittsburgh Sleep quality scale (Pittsburgh Sleep quality scale) was used to investigate the subjects. Single factor analysis and multivariate analysis were used to analyze the influencing factors of muscle attenuation sign in the elderly. Results the univariate analysis showed that the muscle attenuation sign group and the control group had low body weight, marital status and monthly income. There were significant differences in self-care ability of physical life, instrumental activity of daily life, good nutrition and poor sleep quality (P 0.05). Multivariate analysis showed that low body weight, low monthly income, dysfunction of self-care ability of body life and poor sleep quality were the risk factors of muscle attenuation in the elderly in Huangshi city. Good nutrition is the protective factor P0.050.Conclusion the muscle attenuation sign of the elderly in Huangshi City is affected by many factors, and effective measures should be taken to reduce the risk of muscle attenuation in the elderly.
