【摘要】：正減肥手術(shù)患病人數(shù)的增加使減肥內(nèi)鏡成為治療手術(shù)并發(fā)癥的一種微創(chuàng)方法。減肥內(nèi)鏡具有微創(chuàng)性,故更為安全、可逆,性價(jià)比高,并發(fā)癥少。減肥內(nèi)鏡的應(yīng)用主要體現(xiàn)在3個(gè)方面:肥胖癥的初次治療方法、減肥手術(shù)并發(fā)癥的治療方法、肥胖癥的二次治療方法。當(dāng)作為治療肥胖癥的主要手段時(shí),內(nèi)鏡療法比常規(guī)臨床療法效果更好,但仍不如手術(shù)療效持久和有效。目前,減肥內(nèi)鏡正在發(fā)展中,不僅使用了更復(fù)雜、效果更持久的設(shè)備,還將應(yīng)用范圍
[Abstract]:With the increase of the number of patients who are suffering from slimming surgery, slimming endoscopy has become a minimally invasive method for the treatment of surgical complications. It is more safe, reversible and cost-effective because of its minimally invasive nature. The application of weight-loss endoscopy is mainly reflected in three aspects: the first treatment of obesity, the treatment of complications of weight loss surgery. The second treatment of obesity. As the main treatment of obesity, endoscopic therapy is more effective than conventional clinical therapy, but still less effective than surgery. At present, the weight loss endoscope is developing. Not only are more complex and lasting devices used, but they will also be used in a wide range of applications
