【摘要】：目的探討開放植骨治療感染性骨折不愈合療效。方法選取2012年1月~2015年12月我院收治的感染性骨折不愈合患者40例作為研究對象,隨機將其分為研究組和對照組,各20例。所有患者均經(jīng)臨床確診為感染性骨折不愈合疾病,其中研究組給予一期開放植骨書治療;對照組給予延期開放植骨術(shù)治療。記錄兩組術(shù)后肉芽組織覆蓋時間、瘢痕愈合時間、骨折愈合時間、去除外固定支架時間、患者對本次治療滿意度,給予統(tǒng)計學(xué)分析后得出結(jié)論。結(jié)果兩組經(jīng)相應(yīng)治療后研究組肉芽組織覆蓋、瘢痕愈合、骨折愈合、去除外固定支架等項目所需時間均較對照組顯著減少,提示研究組療效優(yōu)于對照組;研究組患者滿意度優(yōu)于對照組,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);兩組感染性骨折不愈合患者經(jīng)上述相應(yīng)方法完成治療后,研究組術(shù)后不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率(25.00%)與對照組(30.00%)對比,差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論對感染性骨折不愈合患者給予一期開放植骨術(shù)治療有利于其盡快恢復(fù)健康,維持良好的醫(yī)患關(guān)系,保障患者療效及預(yù)后。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the efficacy of open bone grafting in the treatment of infectious fracture nonunion. Methods from January 2012 to December 2015, 40 patients with infectious fracture nonunion were selected as study objects. They were randomly divided into study group and control group with 20 cases each. All the patients were clinically diagnosed as infectious fracture nonunion disease, and the study group was given one-stage open bone graft therapy. The control group was treated with delayed open bone grafting. The time of granulation tissue coverage, scar healing, fracture healing and removal of external fixation stent were recorded in both groups. Results the granulation tissue coverage, scar healing, fracture healing, removal of external fixator and other items in the study group were significantly reduced compared with the control group. The study group is superior to the control group. The patients' satisfaction in the study group was better than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). The incidence of postoperative adverse reactions in the study group (25.00) was compared with that in the control group (30.00). There was no significant difference between the two groups (P 0.05). Conclusion the treatment of one-stage open bone graft for patients with nonunion of infectious fractures is beneficial to the recovery of their health and the maintenance of good doctor-patient relationship as soon as possible.
