【摘要】：正語言是人類的高級神經(jīng)功能,關于語言傳導通路的認識最早來源于19世紀的神經(jīng)解剖研究。Reil首次提出位于外側裂深面有一束白質纖維連接額顳頂葉,而Burdach將它命名為弓狀束;接著,Geschwind進一步提出弓狀束連接Broca和Wernicke語言功能區(qū),且弓狀束任何一處損傷都將導致傳導性失語,直至今日,此束仍被視為經(jīng)典語言
[Abstract]:It is an advanced neural function of human language, knowledge about language pathway from the earliest nineteenth Century neuroanatomical.Reil first proposed in the lateral fissure deep surface there is a bundle of white matter fiber connection of frontal and temporal parietal lobe, while Burdach named arcuate beam; then, Geschwind proposed the arcuate bundle connection Broca and Wernicke language functional areas, and any arcuate bundle damage will lead to conduction aphasia, until today, the beam is still regarded as the classic language
