普外科切口感染相關(guān)因素的研究及預(yù)防對策

文章摘要：目的探討普外科切口感染相關(guān)因素及預(yù)防措施。方法回顧性分析1580例普外科手術(shù)患者的臨床資料，對可能影響切口感染的因素進(jìn)行t檢驗(yàn)及X2單因素檢驗(yàn)，然后將單因素檢驗(yàn)有顯著意義的因素賦值后進(jìn)行l(wèi)ogistic回歸分析。結(jié)果1580例患者中發(fā)生切口感染110例占6．96％；單因素分析9個因素影響切口感染的發(fā)生，，差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P〈0．05），與性別構(gòu)成無關(guān)，logistic回歸分析年齡大、手術(shù)時間長、夏季手術(shù)、營養(yǎng)不良是切口感染的危險因素，其OR值分別為：3．13、3．05、2．83、2．65。結(jié)論普外科手術(shù)切口感染是多因素作用的結(jié)果，應(yīng)針對相關(guān)因素采用針對性預(yù)防護(hù)理對策。

Abstr：OBJECTIVE To explore the related factors of general incision infection and nursing preventive measures. METHODS Retrospective analysis 1580 cases of general surgery patients of clinical data, is likely to affect the incision infection factors first conducts t-test and X2 single factor inspection, then will the single factor inspection were significant factors assignment after the Logistic regression analysis. RESULTS Totally 1580 cases occurred wound infection in 110 cases （6.92%） ; single factor analysis nine factors incision infection occurrence （P〈0.05）, and gender constitute unrelated （P〉0. 05）, logistic regression analysis older, operation time long, summer surgery, malnutrition was incision infection risk factors, its OR values were respectively： 3. 13,3.05,2.83 and 2.65. CONCLUSION General surgical resection infection reulates to more infection factors which should be aimed to adopt targeted prophylaxis nursing countermeasures.
