【摘要】：牙體預(yù)備是牙齒硬組織疾病治療的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)。為開發(fā)新的牙齒預(yù)備操作模式并實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)化預(yù)備體制備,研究了復(fù)雜形狀、多約束牙齒預(yù)備體模型的計(jì)算機(jī)生成和參數(shù)化修改。首先,針對(duì)三角網(wǎng)格模型尺寸約束特點(diǎn),通過(guò)分析模型尺寸鏈之間的關(guān)系,提出了預(yù)備體模型生成的參數(shù)化操作,通過(guò)此操作能夠生成全瓷修復(fù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)范圍內(nèi)的預(yù)備體模型;同時(shí),利用基于歷史的方法實(shí)現(xiàn)了預(yù)備體模型的參數(shù)化動(dòng)態(tài)修改。磨牙和前磨牙各20例預(yù)備體參數(shù)化實(shí)驗(yàn)證明,此算法能夠很好地完成預(yù)備體模型生成和參數(shù)化修改。通過(guò)第三方軟件Geomagic Studio證實(shí)模型設(shè)計(jì)偏差在48μm以內(nèi),小于100μm的臨床密合精度要求。為改革預(yù)備體臨床操作模式,研發(fā)自動(dòng)化牙體預(yù)備設(shè)備打下了堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Tooth preparation is a key link in the treatment of dental hard tissue diseases. In order to develop a new model of tooth preparation and to automate the preparation of tooth preparation, the computer generation and parameterized modification of complex shape, multi-constrained tooth preparation model were studied. First, according to the size constraint characteristics of triangular mesh model, by analyzing the relationship between the model size chain, a parameterized operation for the generation of the preparatory body model is proposed, by which the preparatory body model within the standard range of all-ceramic restoration can be generated. At the same time, the parameterized dynamic modification of the preparatory volume model is realized by using the historical method. The parameterization experiments of 20 cases of premolar and 20 cases of premolar show that the algorithm can complete the model generation and parametric modification of the premolar model well. The third party software Geomagic Studio proves that the model design deviation is less than 48 渭 m and less than 100 渭 m. It has laid a solid foundation for reforming clinical operation mode and developing automatic dental preparation equipment.
