新型牙科二硅酸鋰玻璃陶瓷的計算機配色研究及性能分析

【摘要】:二硅酸鋰玻璃陶瓷由于其晶體獨特的性質(zhì)和分布,是目前強度最高的一類牙科璃陶瓷,并具備良好的半透光特性,為牙科美學(xué)修復(fù)的理想材料,具有廣闊的應(yīng)前景。Ivoclar Vivadent公司的IPS系列產(chǎn)品是目前市場上僅有的商品化牙科二硅酸玻璃陶瓷,品種單一,修復(fù)成本較高。為突破國外廠商的技術(shù)壟斷并推廣全瓷修的應(yīng)用,需進一步研發(fā)出具有自主知識產(chǎn)權(quán)和較低成本的新型產(chǎn)品。性能的提高顏色的調(diào)配是牙科陶瓷材料研發(fā)的兩大阻礙。課題組前期已制備出可用于牙科修的實驗二硅酸鋰玻璃陶瓷,本課題在前期工作的基礎(chǔ)上,通過分析晶化熱處理時對實驗二硅酸鋰玻璃陶瓷微觀結(jié)構(gòu)和性能的影響,優(yōu)化熱處理時間,進一步提高能;研究鋯基陶瓷色料對實驗玻璃陶瓷顏色、微觀結(jié)構(gòu)和性能的影響,探討其用實驗玻璃陶瓷配色的可能性;采用計算機配色技術(shù)進行配色研究,篩選出與Vitapanlassical比色板顏色相匹配的色料配方;比較三種計算機配色方法配色的準確性,建立計算機配色數(shù)據(jù)庫,為進一步的色彩學(xué)研究奠定基礎(chǔ);分析飾面瓷燒結(jié)對實驗玻璃陶瓷顏色的影響;并對牙科二硅酸鋰玻璃陶瓷的微觀結(jié)構(gòu)和性能進行比較分析。通過本課題的研究,為研發(fā)擁有自主知識產(chǎn)權(quán)的新型牙科二硅酸鋰玻璃陶瓷產(chǎn)品奠定實驗基礎(chǔ)。本課題共分為三部分: 第一部分實驗二硅酸鋰玻璃陶瓷的性能分析 1.采用兩段式晶化熱處理制度(700℃/900℃)制備出SiO2-Li2O-K2O-Al2O3-ZrO2-P2O5系玻璃陶瓷,兩段式晶化熱處理時間分別為:A,1h/1h;B,2h/2h;C,3h/3h;D,4h/4h;E,5h/5h;F,6h/6h;G,8h/8h。XRD結(jié)果表明,使用不同的晶化熱處理時間制備出的實驗玻璃陶瓷的晶相組成相似,主晶相均為Li2Si2O5,次晶相均為Li2SiO3和Li3PO4。SEM結(jié)果顯示,各組棒狀的Li2Si2O5晶體形成互鎖微結(jié)構(gòu),但各組晶體的大小及分布均隨熱處理時間的不同而存在差異。不同的熱處理時間對實驗玻璃陶瓷的透明度無顯著影響。經(jīng)兩段式晶化熱處理5h制備出的實驗玻璃陶瓷具有最高的彎曲強度:308±25MPa。 2.在實驗玻璃陶瓷中分別添加1.0wt.%鋯鐠黃、鋯鐵紅和鋯釩藍三種鋯基色料,分析色料添加對其微觀結(jié)構(gòu)和性能的影響。結(jié)果表明,添加1.0wt.%鋯基色料對實驗玻璃陶瓷的熱力學(xué)性能、晶相組成、微觀結(jié)構(gòu)和彎曲強度均無顯著影響。添加1.0wt.%鋯基色料后,實驗玻璃陶瓷的透明度發(fā)生顯著變化,但均能滿足臨床應(yīng)用要求。三種鋯基色料可用于實驗玻璃陶瓷的配色研究。 第二部分實驗二硅酸鋰玻璃陶瓷的計算機配色 3.在實驗玻璃陶瓷中分別添加梯度質(zhì)量百分比濃度的鋯鐠黃、鋯鐵紅和鋯釩藍,制備出單色梯度濃度色樣瓷塊,研究不同色料濃度對瓷塊色度值和反射光譜的影響。結(jié)果顯示,三種鋯基色料的添加濃度與色樣瓷塊的色度值之間的關(guān)系符合色料著色的基本規(guī)律,且光譜反射率數(shù)據(jù)可用于建立計算機配色的單色數(shù)據(jù)庫。 4.采用基于Kubelka-Munk理論的三刺激值和全光譜匹配法,以Vitapan Classical比色板為靶目標樣,對實驗玻璃陶瓷進行計算機配色研究。結(jié)果表明,,根據(jù)三刺激值和全光譜匹配法提供的色料配方燒制的配色樣,均能獲得與Vitapan Classical比色板各比色片相近的顏色,其中全光譜匹配法配色精度優(yōu)于三刺激值法,二者的配色樣與靶目標樣之間的平均色差分別為10.8±2.1和14.0±2.2。 5.采用基于BP人工神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的計算機配色方法,以Vitapan Classical比色板為靶目標樣,對實驗玻璃陶瓷進行配色研究。結(jié)果表明,根據(jù)BP人工神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)提供的色料配方燒制的配色樣,可獲得與Vitapan Classical比色板各比色片相一致的顏色,其配色樣與靶目標樣之間的平均色差為6.3±1.2,配色精度優(yōu)于三刺激值和全光譜匹配法。 6.在實驗玻璃陶瓷基底瓷上燒結(jié)IPS e.max Ceram飾面瓷,對其燒結(jié)飾面瓷后的顏色進行評價,并根據(jù)飾面瓷的燒結(jié)程序?qū)2色實驗玻璃陶瓷進行反復(fù)燒結(jié),以研究飾面瓷反復(fù)燒結(jié)對其顏色的影響。結(jié)果表明,燒結(jié)IPS e.max Ceram飾面瓷后,實驗玻璃陶瓷與Vitapan Classical比色板各比色片之間的平均色差減小至3.5±0.4,且反復(fù)燒結(jié)對實驗玻璃陶瓷的顏色無影響。 第三部分牙科二硅酸鋰玻璃陶瓷的比較分析 7.對實驗玻璃陶瓷與IPS e.max Press瓷塊的微觀結(jié)構(gòu)和性能進行比較分析,探討二硅酸鋰玻璃陶瓷性能和結(jié)構(gòu)之間的關(guān)系。結(jié)果表明,實驗玻璃陶瓷與IPS e.maxPress瓷塊的晶相組成、微觀結(jié)構(gòu)和機械性能均相近,其透明度介于IPS e.max PressMO和HO瓷塊之間。實驗玻璃陶瓷的性能符合牙科美學(xué)修復(fù)材料的要求,展現(xiàn)出理想的應(yīng)用前景。
[Abstract]:Because of its unique properties and distribution, the lithium disilicate glass ceramic is a kind of dental ceramic with the highest strength, and has good semi-transparent property, which is the ideal material for dental aesthetic restoration, and has a wide application prospect. Ivo-lar Viadent's IPS series products are the only commercially available dental disilicate glass ceramics in the market, with a single variety and high repair cost. In order to break through the technology monopoly of foreign manufacturers and to promote the application of all-ceramic repair, it is necessary to further develop new products with independent intellectual property rights and lower cost. The improved color of performance is a two-way barrier to the development of dental ceramic materials. In the early stage of the research group, the experimental disilicate glass ceramic which can be used for dental repair has been prepared. On the basis of the preliminary work, the effect of the crystallization heat treatment on the microstructure and properties of the experimental disilicate glass ceramic is analyzed, the heat treatment time is optimized, and the energy can be further improved; The influence of the color, microstructure and properties of the ceramic pigment on the ceramic color, microstructure and properties of the experimental glass was studied, and the possibility of the color matching of the glass ceramic was discussed. The accuracy of the color matching of three kinds of computer color matching methods is compared, and the computer color matching database is established, which lays a foundation for further study of the color, and analyzes the effect of the facing ceramic sintering on the color of the experimental glass ceramic. The microstructure and properties of the dental disilicate glass ceramics were compared and analyzed.
