【摘要】:采用Micro-FAST技術(shù)成功制備出多孔NiTi合金,燒結(jié)時(shí)間短,成本低,節(jié)能環(huán)保。研究結(jié)果表明,隨著燒結(jié)溫度的升高,試樣的孔隙度先減小后增加,再略微減小,有害相NiTi_2和Ni_3Ti減少,趨于形成NiTi單相。當(dāng)燒結(jié)溫度為1100℃時(shí),試樣孔隙分布均勻,隨著燒結(jié)保溫時(shí)間的延長(zhǎng),燒結(jié)試樣孔隙度高達(dá)32.2%,孔徑范圍在100μm左右,符合人體骨組織植入物的要求。
[Abstract]:The porous Niti alloy was successfully prepared by Micro-FAST technology. The sintering time was short, the cost was low, and the energy saving and environmental protection was achieved.
