【摘要】：腔內(nèi)電阻抗成像（EIE）技術(shù)是在電阻抗成像（EIT）技術(shù)基礎(chǔ)上發(fā)展起來(lái)的一項(xiàng)功能成像技術(shù)，它是將電極放置在絕緣導(dǎo)管的探針上，然后把探針直接置于感興趣的器官內(nèi)部，通過(guò)電極注入激勵(lì)電流，并測(cè)量相應(yīng)的電壓信號(hào)通過(guò)逆問(wèn)題算法重建組織內(nèi)部的電阻抗分布情況。 本論文首先介紹了EIE技術(shù)的研究概況和成像原理，對(duì)EIE的數(shù)值計(jì)算方法進(jìn)行了綜述。接著，研究了EIE正問(wèn)題的邊界元法。推導(dǎo)了正問(wèn)題求解的邊界積分方程，建立了二維、三維仿真模型，進(jìn)行了正問(wèn)題計(jì)算，達(dá)到了理想的精度，，為逆問(wèn)題的求解打下基礎(chǔ)。進(jìn)而，對(duì)參數(shù)化重建思想進(jìn)行了研究，建立了二維橢圓和三維橢球的參數(shù)化模型，用少數(shù)參數(shù)表征了模型的性質(zhì)。最后，對(duì)微分進(jìn)化算法進(jìn)行了研究，并針對(duì)二維模型進(jìn)行參數(shù)化重建。結(jié)果表明，通過(guò)迭代得到的圖像與目標(biāo)圖像相吻合，達(dá)到了定位的目的。
[Abstract]:Intracavity electrical impedance tomography (EIE) is a functional imaging technology developed on the basis of electrical impedance imaging (EIT) technology. It is placed on the probe of an insulated catheter, and then put the probe into the internal organs of the interested organ, injecting the electric current through the electrode, and measuring the corresponding voltage signal through the inverse problem algorithm. This paper first introduces the research situation and imaging principle of EIE technology, summarizes the numerical calculation method of EIE. Then, the boundary element method of EIE positive problem is studied. The boundary integral equation of the solution of the positive problem is derived, the two-dimensional and three-dimensional simulation model is established, the positive problem is calculated, the ideal precision is reached and the inverse problem is obtained. Then, the parameterized reconstruction idea is studied, the parameterized model of the two-dimensional ellipse and the ellipsoid is established, and the properties of the model are characterized with a few parameters. Finally, the differential evolution algorithm is studied and the two dimensional model is parameterized and rebuilt. The results show that the images and targets obtained through the iteration are obtained. The image is in good agreement, and the purpose of positioning is achieved.
