包膜微氣泡非線性流變特性的建模研究

【摘要】:超聲造影劑(UCA)微氣泡的動(dòng)態(tài)響應(yīng)特性很大程度上受到其包膜外殼特性(如殼的彈性和粘度)的影響。本論文基于Marmottant模型,結(jié)合了非線性流變定理,提出一個(gè)新的模型來(lái)描述復(fù)雜的UCA微泡的動(dòng)態(tài)響應(yīng)。并利用新模型擬合用高速光學(xué)成像系統(tǒng)或光散射系統(tǒng)測(cè)量到的UCAs動(dòng)態(tài)響應(yīng)數(shù)據(jù),來(lái)驗(yàn)證新模型的有效性。測(cè)得的半徑-時(shí)間曲線和數(shù)值模擬結(jié)果之間的比較結(jié)果表明,新模型可以成功模擬UCAs的“只可壓縮”行為。其后,基于新模型的模擬結(jié)果,對(duì)聲諾維微泡包膜彈性和粘性系數(shù)進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)的,并從一些現(xiàn)有的UCA模型獲得的結(jié)果相比。結(jié)果證實(shí)了新模型因?yàn)榭紤]到包膜的彈性和粘度的非線性變化,減小了微泡包膜參數(shù)對(duì)初始?xì)馀莅霃降囊蕾囆?即包膜彈性參數(shù)和粘性參數(shù)會(huì)隨半徑的增加而增加)。這表明當(dāng)前的模型更全面的描述了微泡包膜的復(fù)雜流變性質(zhì)(例如“剪切稀化”和“張力減小”)。
[Abstract]:The dynamic response of ultrasonic contrast agent (UCA) microbubbles is greatly affected by the shell properties (such as the elasticity and viscosity of the shell). Based on the Marmottant model and the nonlinear rheological theorem, a new model is proposed to describe the dynamic response of complex UCA microbubbles. The validity of the new model is verified by fitting the UCAs dynamic response data measured by high speed optical imaging system or light scattering system. The comparison between the measured radius-time curves and the numerical simulation results shows that the new model can successfully simulate the "compressible" behavior of UCAs. Then, based on the simulation results of the new model, the elastic and viscosity coefficients of sonovir microbubble were evaluated, and compared with the results obtained from some existing UCA models. The results show that the new model reduces the dependence of the microbubble coating parameters on the initial bubble radius because of the nonlinear variation of the envelope elasticity and viscosity (that is, the envelope elastic parameters and the viscosity parameters increase with the increase of the radius). This suggests that the current model describes more fully the complex rheological properties of the microbubble capsule (such as "shearing thinning" and "tension reduction").
