【摘要】:研究了一種未變性膠原生物表面活性劑(CBS)水溶液的表面張力和表面吸附性質(zhì)。結(jié)果表明,CBS水溶液的表面張力隨CBS濃度的增大而降低,最終趨于平緩,達(dá)到55.92 mN/m。在等電點附近,CBS表面靜電荷降低,使其表面張力顯著降低。在低溫下,CBS溶液的表面活性較好,當(dāng)溫度繼續(xù)升高(35℃),由于變性作用,CBS溶液的表面張力急劇增大。CBS水溶液的吸附屬于Langmiur型吸附,根據(jù)γ-lgC、Γ-C以及C/Γ-C擬合曲線計算得到飽和吸附量相似,分別為1.86×10-10,1.97×10-10和2.03×10-10 mol/cm2。吸附自由能為-3.53kJ/mol,表明其在標(biāo)準(zhǔn)狀態(tài)下可以自發(fā)進(jìn)行。
[Abstract]:The surface tension and adsorption properties of an undenatured collagen biosurfactant (CBS) aqueous solution were studied.The results show that the surface tension of CBS aqueous solution decreases with the increase of CBS concentration, and finally tends to be flat, reaching 55.92 mn / m.The surface static charge of CBS decreases significantly near the isoelectric point, and the surface tension decreases significantly.The surface activity of CBS solution is better at low temperature.
