【摘要】：聽覺穩(wěn)態(tài)反應(yīng)(ASSR)是某種周期性連續(xù)刺激模式下,在頭皮上記錄的聽覺及相關(guān)神經(jīng)活動信息。在特定條件下,ASSR反應(yīng)比瞬態(tài)反應(yīng)更易引出,具有獨特的臨床應(yīng)用價值,但目前ASSR的產(chǎn)生機(jī)制尚存爭議,影響相關(guān)應(yīng)用的推廣和深化。隨著新的處理技術(shù)和研究成果的出現(xiàn),現(xiàn)在認(rèn)為ASSR主要和線性疊加以及頻率挾帶理論有關(guān)。根據(jù)當(dāng)前研究進(jìn)展和我們的工作貢獻(xiàn),本文特別對此加以梳理和評論,指出高刺激率瞬態(tài)信號重建技術(shù)可望促進(jìn)穩(wěn)態(tài)反應(yīng)產(chǎn)生機(jī)制的研究。
[Abstract]:Auditory steady-state response (ASSRs) is the auditory and related neural activity information recorded on the scalp under a kind of periodic and continuous stimulation mode. Under certain conditions, ASSR response is more easily elicited than transient response, and has unique clinical application value. However, the mechanism of ASSR is still controversial, which affects the promotion and deepening of related applications. With the emergence of new processing technology and research results, It is now believed that ASSR is mainly related to linear superposition and frequency entrainment theory. According to the current research progress and our contribution, this paper specifically reviews and reviews it. It is pointed out that the technique of transient signal reconstruction at high stimulation rate is expected to promote the study of the mechanism of steady state reaction.
