【摘要】:背景:骨骼肌損傷后再生能力有限,細(xì)胞因子在骨骼肌修復(fù)過(guò)程中發(fā)揮重要作用,多種細(xì)胞和系列調(diào)控分子參與了骨骼肌損傷的修復(fù)。細(xì)胞打印技術(shù)是一種在體外構(gòu)造具有生物活性的三維多細(xì)胞體系的先進(jìn)技術(shù),其在骨骼肌損傷修復(fù)中的作用受到廣泛關(guān)注。目的:探討骨骼肌修復(fù)過(guò)程中促炎細(xì)胞因子和細(xì)胞生長(zhǎng)因子的作用,并簡(jiǎn)述細(xì)胞打印技術(shù)在骨骼肌損傷中的優(yōu)勢(shì)和應(yīng)用。方法:通過(guò)計(jì)算機(jī)檢索Pub Med數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)和萬(wàn)方數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)2002至2015年有關(guān)細(xì)胞因子修復(fù)骨骼肌損傷,細(xì)胞打印技術(shù)在骨骼骨損傷中應(yīng)用的相關(guān)報(bào)道。通過(guò)計(jì)算機(jī)檢索到文獻(xiàn)146篇,初篩標(biāo)題和摘要,排除重復(fù)研究及不相關(guān)的內(nèi)容,最終45篇文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)入綜述分析,結(jié)果與結(jié)論:(1)如腫瘤壞死因子α、白細(xì)胞介素1β、白細(xì)胞介素6等促炎細(xì)胞因子,白細(xì)胞介素10、白細(xì)胞介素4等抗炎性細(xì)胞因子在骨骼肌損傷修復(fù)中起到重要作用;(2)胰島素樣生長(zhǎng)因子、成纖維細(xì)胞生長(zhǎng)因子、轉(zhuǎn)化生長(zhǎng)因子等細(xì)胞生長(zhǎng)因子能有效促進(jìn)成肌細(xì)胞的增殖及分化形成肌管,對(duì)骨骼肌衛(wèi)星細(xì)胞具有良好的促進(jìn)作用,細(xì)胞因子之間相互作用對(duì)可能取得骨骼肌修復(fù)有重要意義;(3)細(xì)胞打印技術(shù)能夠快速、精確復(fù)制和重建缺損組織/器官的復(fù)雜結(jié)構(gòu),在包括毒理學(xué)研究、醫(yī)療測(cè)試和為基礎(chǔ)科學(xué)研究提供試驗(yàn)平臺(tái)等方面有著很重要的應(yīng)用,細(xì)胞打印技術(shù)在骨骼肌損傷修復(fù)中的作用將是今后的研究重點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:Background: the regeneration ability of skeletal muscle after injury is limited. Cytokines play an important role in skeletal muscle repair. A variety of cells and a series of regulatory molecules are involved in the repair of skeletal muscle damage. Cell printing is an advanced technique for constructing a bioactive three-dimensional multicellular system in vitro. The role of proinflammatory cytokines and cytokines in the repair of skeletal muscle injury has attracted much attention. The advantages and applications of cell printing technique in skeletal muscle injury were reviewed. Methods: Pub Med database and Wanfang database were searched by computer to repair skeletal muscle injury with cytokines from 2002 to 2015. Related reports on the application of cell printing in bone and bone injury. 146 articles were retrieved by computer, titles and abstracts were screened, repetitive studies and irrelevant contents were excluded, and 45 articles were included in the review and analysis. Results and conclusion: for example, tumor necrosis factor 偽, interleukin 1 尾, interleukin 6 and other proinflammatory cytokines, such as tumor necrosis factor 偽, interleukin 1 尾, interleukin 6, etc. Interleukin-10, interleukin-4 and other anti-inflammatory cytokines play an important role in the repair of skeletal muscle injury. Transforming growth factor and other cell growth factors can effectively promote the proliferation and differentiation of myoblasts to form myotubes, and have a good promoting effect on skeletal muscle satellite cells. Cytokine interactions are important for possible skeletal muscle repair. Cell printing techniques allow rapid and accurate reproduction and reconstruction of complex structures of defective tissues / organs, including toxicological studies. Medical testing and providing experimental platform for basic scientific research have important applications. The role of cell printing technology in skeletal muscle injury repair will be the focus in the future.
