【摘要】：目的探討中國漢族特應(yīng)性皮炎(AD)患者同時患有過敏性鼻炎(allergic rhinitis,AR)、哮喘(asthma,AS)等疾病時對AD表型的影響。方法利用2001年11月-2010年5月收集的4 757例AD患者資料,采用SPSS20.0軟件進行卡方檢驗,分析不同過敏史對AD表型的影響。結(jié)果 1AD同時患有AR與南方地區(qū)(P=1.51×10~(-18))正相關(guān),與伴發(fā)耳廓下裂隙(P=1.75×10~(-7))負(fù)相關(guān),與其他表型無關(guān);2AD同時患有AS與南方地區(qū)(P=4.39×10~(-20))、掌紋癥(P=5.06×10~(-9))、眶周黑暈(P=3.10×10~(-7))正相關(guān),與伴發(fā)干皮癥(P=2.13×10~(-6))、早年發(fā)病(P=1.35×10~(-3))、耳廓下裂隙(P=1.35×10~(-4))負(fù)相關(guān),與其他表型無關(guān);3AD同時患有AR+AS與南方地區(qū)(P=2.76×10~(-13))、伴發(fā)掌紋癥(P=1.70×10~(-5))、眶周黑暈(P=2.42×10~(-5))正相關(guān),與其他表型無關(guān);4AD伴過敏家族史與毛周角化癥(P=1.46×10~(-3))、耳廓下裂隙(P=3.34×10~(-5))正相關(guān),與南方地區(qū)(P=4.63×10~(-32))負(fù)相關(guān),與其他表型無關(guān)。結(jié)論 AD伴發(fā)不同過敏史與不同地域有關(guān),同時影響伴發(fā)癥狀的發(fā)生。
