【摘要】：長鏈非編碼RNA(Lnc RNA)是一類長于200個核苷酸的不編碼蛋白質(zhì)的轉(zhuǎn)錄物。它一度被認(rèn)為是基因組轉(zhuǎn)錄的"噪音",不具有生物學(xué)功能。近年來研究表明,Lnc RNA有著復(fù)雜的生物學(xué)功能,與皮膚病等人類疾病的發(fā)生及發(fā)展有著密切關(guān)系,其異常表達(dá)還與多種人類重大疾病的發(fā)生密切相關(guān)。該文對Lnc RNA的分類、基本特征、作用機制、功能以及其在皮膚病中的研究進(jìn)展作一綜述。
[Abstract]:Long chain non-coding RNA (Lnc RNA) is a class of transcripts of unencoded proteins longer than 200nucleotides. It was once thought to be the "noise" of genome transcription and did not have biological functions. In recent years, studies have shown that, Lnc RNA has complex biological functions, which is closely related to the occurrence and development of human diseases such as skin diseases, and its abnormal expression is also closely related to the occurrence of many major human diseases. In this paper, the classification, basic characteristics, mechanism of action, function and research progress of Lnc RNA in dermatosis are reviewed.
