【摘要】：正白癜風(fēng)發(fā)病機(jī)制目前尚不明確,臨床尚無有效治療方法。2013年7月~2014年12月,我們采用308 nm準(zhǔn)分子激光聯(lián)合他克莫司治療70例穩(wěn)定期頭面部白癜風(fēng)患者,取得較好效果�，F(xiàn)報(bào)告如下。臨床資料:研究對(duì)象為穩(wěn)定期頭面部白癜風(fēng)患者137例,男61例、女76例,年齡18~52(31.2±2.6)歲,病程(2.5±0.8)年;均符合白癜風(fēng)的診斷及分期標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。排除存在光敏史、紫外線照射禁忌證
