鮑恩樣丘疹病皮損中細胞周期調(diào)控蛋白表達與人類乳頭瘤病毒感染的相關(guān)性研究

【摘要】:目的探討鮑恩樣丘疹病(Bowenoid Papulosis,BP)皮損中人乳頭瘤病毒(HumanPapillomaviruses,HPV)感染與細胞周期相關(guān)因子細胞周期蛋白D1(Cyclin D1)、細胞周期蛋白E(Cyclin E)及其依賴性蛋白激酶抑制蛋白p27表達的相關(guān)性。 方法基因芯片法檢測BP皮損組織中HPV類型,免疫組織化學(xué)方法檢測44例BP皮損組織及10例正常包皮環(huán)切組織中細胞周期調(diào)控蛋白Cyclin D1、Cyclin E及p27的表達水平。 結(jié)果44例BP中HPV感染率為100%,高危型感染38例,占86.36%,其中含HPV16感染者30例,占68.18%,單一HPV16感染者16例,合并其他高低危混合感染者14例,其他高危型感染為8例,低危感染6例,主要為HPV6型感染。在BP組織中,HPV高危組(u=53.00,P0.05)、高低;旌辖M(u=12.00,P0.01),低危組(u=5.00,P0.01)中Cyclin D1表達較正常組顯著增高,高低危混合組(u=44.00,P0.01)、低危組(u=22.50,P0.05)Cyclin D1表達較高危組顯著增高;Cyclin E在HPV高危組(u=0.00,P0.01),高低;旌辖M(u=4.00,P0.01),低危組(u=1.50,P0.01)的表達顯著高于正常組織,高危組顯著高于低危組(u=11.00,P0.01);P27的表達在HPV高低危感染中并沒有顯著意義。p27在年齡50歲組較20-30歲組(u=47.00,P0.05)、31-50歲組(u=55.50,P0.05)顯著增高;Cyclin E的表達在年齡50歲組較20-30歲組(u=45.50,P0.05)顯著增高。我們還發(fā)現(xiàn),女性患者Cyclin E的表達明顯高于男性患者(u=137.50P0.05)。 結(jié)論BP的發(fā)生與發(fā)展和HPV感染密切相關(guān),不同HPV感染類型中,,細胞周期調(diào)控蛋白Cyclin D1、Cyclin E及p27的表達存在差異,其具體機制尚待深入研究。
