【摘要】：目的探討鮑恩樣丘疹病(Bowenoid Papulosis,BP)皮損中人乳頭瘤病毒(HumanPapillomaviruses,HPV)感染與細胞周期相關因子細胞周期蛋白D1(Cyclin D1)、細胞周期蛋白E(Cyclin E)及其依賴性蛋白激酶抑制蛋白p27表達的相關性。 方法基因芯片法檢測BP皮損組織中HPV類型，免疫組織化學方法檢測44例BP皮損組織及10例正常包皮環(huán)切組織中細胞周期調(diào)控蛋白Cyclin D1、Cyclin E及p27的表達水平。 結果44例BP中HPV感染率為100%，高危型感染38例，占86.36%，其中含HPV16感染者30例，占68.18%，單一HPV16感染者16例，合并其他高低�；旌细腥菊�14例，其他高危型感染為8例，低危感染6例，主要為HPV6型感染。在BP組織中，HPV高危組(u=53.00,P0.05)、高低�；旌辖M(u=12.00,P0.01)，低危組(u=5.00,P0.01)中Cyclin D1表達較正常組顯著增高，高低�；旌辖M(u=44.00,P0.01)、低危組(u=22.50,P0.05)Cyclin D1表達較高危組顯著增高；Cyclin E在HPV高危組(u=0.00,P0.01),高低�；旌辖M(u=4.00,P0.01)，低危組(u=1.50,P0.01)的表達顯著高于正常組織，高危組顯著高于低危組(u=11.00,P0.01)；P27的表達在HPV高低危感染中并沒有顯著意義。p27在年齡50歲組較20-30歲組(u=47.00,P0.05)、31-50歲組(u=55.50,P0.05)顯著增高；Cyclin E的表達在年齡50歲組較20-30歲組(u=45.50,P0.05)顯著增高。我們還發(fā)現(xiàn)，女性患者Cyclin E的表達明顯高于男性患者(u=137.50P0.05)。 結論BP的發(fā)生與發(fā)展和HPV感染密切相關，不同HPV感染類型中，，細胞周期調(diào)控蛋白Cyclin D1、Cyclin E及p27的表達存在差異，其具體機制尚待深入研究。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between human papillomavirus (HumanPapillomaviruses,HPV) infection and the expression of Cyclin D1, E (Cyclin E) and its dependent protein kinase inhibitor p27 in the skin lesions of Bowen-like papulosis (Bowenoid Papulosis,BP). Methods the type of HPV in BP lesions was detected by gene chip method, and the expression of cell cycle regulatory protein Cyclin D1, Cyclin E and p27 in 44 cases of BP lesions and 10 cases of normal circumcised prepuce tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results in 44 cases of BP, the infection rate of HPV was 100%, 38 cases of high risk infection (86.36%), including 30 cases of HPV16 infection (68.18%), 16 cases of single HPV16 infection, 14 cases of other high and low risk mixed infection, 8 cases of other high risk infection and 6 cases of low risk infection, mainly HPV 6 infection.
