【摘要】：報告1例遠(yuǎn)端型上皮樣肉瘤�；颊吣�,20歲。左足小趾疣狀增生結(jié)節(jié)伴疼痛半年,左大腿下段外側(cè)紅斑5個月。皮損組織病理檢查:表皮乳頭瘤樣增生伴角化過度,真皮層中央壞死,周圍有較多上皮樣和梭形腫瘤樣細(xì)胞不規(guī)則排列;間質(zhì)有慢性炎性細(xì)胞浸潤,可見多核巨細(xì)胞。腫瘤細(xì)胞免疫組化檢查示細(xì)胞角蛋白(CK)(+)、波形蛋白(vimtin)(++)、上皮膜抗原(EMA)(+)、Lys(+)、CD68(+)、平滑肌肌動蛋白(SMA)灶性(+)、增殖細(xì)胞核抗原(Ki)-67 3%(+)、CD34(-)、CD31(-)、結(jié)蛋白(desmin)(-)、黑素瘤抗體(HMB)-45(-)、S-100蛋白(-)、惡性黑素瘤(melanoma)(-)。結(jié)合臨床表現(xiàn)、皮膚組織病理及免疫組化結(jié)果,診斷上皮樣肉瘤。
