【摘要】：目的了解近年浙江蕭山地區(qū)男性泌尿道感染主要性傳播疾病(sexually transmitted diseases,STD)的病原分布及特點,為防治STD提供依據(jù)。方法收集本院2010-2012年門診男性疑似泌尿道感染STD病例的血清和尿道分泌物標本及相關背景資料,采用淋病奈瑟菌(NG)、梅毒螺旋體(TP)、單純皰疹病毒(HSV)、解脲脲原體(UU)、沙眼衣原體(CT)、人乳頭瘤病毒(HPV)、艾滋病毒(HIV)和乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)相應的標準化病原檢測方法進行檢測,對結果進行綜合統(tǒng)計分析。結果共收疑似泌尿道感染STD患者6 682例,經病原確診上述主要STD陽性者3 377例,陽性率為50.5%,其中檢出陽性數(shù)高者為UU(2421)、CT(883)、NG(698)、TP(557)和HPV(356),陽性率高者為HPV(6,11)(51.4%)、HSVⅡ(39.7%)、UU(38.3%)、NG(31.9%)和TP(19.1%)。27.1%存在混合感染,雙重混合感染占23.7%,其中最常見的是UU+CT、UU+TP、UU+NG和UU+HPV,而三重感染以UU+CT+HPV常見;STD感染發(fā)病年齡主要在18-50歲,占95.4%;HSVⅡ2月份檢出率最高,10月份最低;NG1 1-2月的檢出率稍高于5-8月;其他檢出季節(jié)分布不明顯。結論浙江蕭山地區(qū)男性泌尿道感染者中STD檢出率高、病原種類多、且存在較高的多重混合感染,需加強全面系統(tǒng)的實驗室監(jiān)測、及早進行干預治療,對減少STD的流行與擴散具有重要意義。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the distribution and characteristics of (sexually transmitted diseases,STD in male urinary tract infection in Xiaoshan area of Zhejiang Province in recent years, so as to provide evidence for the prevention and treatment of STD. Methods Serum and urethral secretions from male patients with suspected urinary tract infection (STD) from 2010 to 2012 in our hospital were collected and related background data were collected. Neisseria gonorrhoeae (NG), Treponema pallidum (TP), herpes simplex virus (HSV), was used.
