不同底物體外誘導(dǎo)不同基因型紅色毛癬菌產(chǎn)生角蛋白酶的活性比較

【摘要】:目的:通過探討紅色毛癬菌體外分泌角蛋白酶的活性與誘導(dǎo)底物及其基因型的關(guān)系,從而了解紅色毛癬菌的侵襲力與感染部位及其基因型的關(guān)系。方法:分別以指甲、趾甲、皮屑和頭發(fā)為底物,對(duì)不同基因型紅色毛癬菌T1a和T1b進(jìn)行體外培養(yǎng),利用keratin-azure和酶標(biāo)儀檢測(cè)其產(chǎn)生的角蛋白酶活性。結(jié)果:不同底物誘導(dǎo)紅色毛癬菌T1a和T1b產(chǎn)生角蛋白酶活性的高低比較,指(趾)甲高于皮屑(P0.05),皮屑高于頭發(fā)(P0.05),指甲和趾甲之間差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。同一底物誘導(dǎo)菌株T1a和T1b產(chǎn)生的角蛋白酶活性間差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:不同底物誘導(dǎo)的角蛋白酶活性不同;紅色毛癬菌的侵襲力可能與其感染部位所含的誘導(dǎo)底物有關(guān),而與基因型無關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Aim: to investigate the relationship between the activity of exocrine keratinase and the substrate and genotype of Trichophyton rubrum, so as to find out the relationship between invasive ability of Trichophyton rubrum and infection site and genotype of Trichophyton rubrum. Methods: different genotypes of Trichophyton rubrum T1a and T1b were cultured in vitro using fingernails, toenails, dandruff and hair as substrates. The activity of keratinase produced by T1a and T1b were detected by keratin-azure and enzyme labeling apparatus. Results: the activity of keratinase produced by Trichophyton rubrum T1a and T1b induced by different substrates was higher than that of dandruff (P0.05) and dandruff (P0.05), and that of trichophyton rubrum was higher than that of hair (P0.05). There was no significant difference between nail and toenail (P0.05). There was no significant difference in keratinase activity between T1a and T1b induced by the same substrate (P0.05). Conclusion: the keratinase activity induced by different substrates is different, and the invasiveness of Trichophyton rubrum may be related to the substrate contained in the infected site, but not to the genotype of Trichophyton rubrum.
