食物特異性IgG4在并發(fā)胃腸道癥狀的食物過敏性濕疹患兒診斷中的作用

【摘要】:目的探討食物特異性IgG4檢測(cè)在診斷并發(fā)胃腸道癥狀的食物過敏性濕疹患兒的應(yīng)用價(jià)值。方法采用酶聯(lián)免疫吸附法(ELISA)對(duì)84例食物特異性Ig E篩查陰性的濕疹和慢性蕁麻疹患兒行食物特異性IgG4檢測(cè)。結(jié)果 84例患兒中,IgG4陽性75例(89.29%),1~4種過敏原及≥5種過敏原陽性者分別為17例、22例、13例、7例和16例。主要食物過敏原是牛奶和雞蛋,≤2歲和2歲患兒IgG4陽性率分別為90.00%(36/40)和88.63%(39/44),14種食物特異性IgG4的陽性率兩者差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。濕疹并發(fā)胃腸道癥狀組IgG4陽性率明顯高于濕疹無胃腸道癥狀組、蕁麻疹組和正常兒童組。蟹、牛奶、大麥、大豆、西紅柿的特異性IgG4的陽性率在各組間比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論并發(fā)胃腸道癥狀的濕疹患兒,檢測(cè)其食物特異性IgG4對(duì)其病因診斷及指導(dǎo)治療具有一定意義。
