【摘要】：正患者女,20歲。因左拇指甲外側(cè)結(jié)節(jié),壓痛半年余于2011年6月27日來我科就診�；颊�2個(gè)月前無明顯誘因于左拇指外側(cè)長出一蠶豆大結(jié)節(jié),壓痛明顯,曾在外院診斷為"甲周疣",多次冷凍治療,結(jié)節(jié)未變小或消退�；颊邿o慢性病史。皮膚科檢查:左拇指甲末端外側(cè)見一蠶豆大圓形結(jié)節(jié)(圖1A),質(zhì)堅(jiān)硬,表
[Abstract]:Positive woman, 20 years old. Due to lateral tubercle of left thumb nail, tenderness came to our department on June 27, 2011 for more than half a year. Two months ago, the patient had no obvious inducement to grow a large tubercle of Vicia faba on the lateral side of the left thumb. The tenderness was obvious and had been diagnosed as "perithyroid verruca" in the outside hospital, which had been treated with cryotherapy for many times, and the nodules had not decreased or subsided. The patient had no chronic history. Dermatological examination: a large round silkworm bean nodule was seen on the lateral side of the end of the left thumb (figure 1A).
