【摘要】：目的觀察308 nm準(zhǔn)分子激光聯(lián)合外用5%米諾地爾溶液治療斑禿的療效。方法將102例門診確診的斑禿患者隨機(jī)分為兩組,觀察組52例用308 nm準(zhǔn)分子激光(每周2次)進(jìn)行斑禿皮損局部照射,聯(lián)合外涂5%米諾地爾溶液(1 mL/次,2次/d,連用3個(gè)月)治療。對(duì)照組50例單純外搽5%米諾地爾溶液治療。結(jié)果觀察組有效52例,其中治愈28例(53.85%),顯效17例(33.33%),有效率為87.18%;對(duì)照組有效50例,其中治愈16例(32.43%),顯效16例(32.43%),有效率為64.86%。觀察組療效較對(duì)照組明顯增高,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。與對(duì)照組相比,觀察組顯效時(shí)間顯著縮短,同時(shí)痊愈時(shí)間也顯著降低[(41.87±5.63)d vs(72.41±7.82)d,P0.01]。觀察組不良反應(yīng)率較對(duì)照組增高(17.95%vs 2.70%,P0.01)。但不良反應(yīng)癥狀表現(xiàn)輕微,不需處理。結(jié)論 308 nm準(zhǔn)分子激光聯(lián)合外搽5%米諾地爾溶液治療斑禿相比對(duì)照組療效顯著,值得臨床推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the efficacy of 308th nm excimer laser combined with 5% minodil solution in the treatment of alopecia areata. Methods two hundred and two patients with alopecia areata were randomly divided into two groups. The observation group (n = 52) received local irradiation of alopecia areata skin lesions with 308th nm excimer laser (twice a week) and applied 5% minodil solution (1 mL/ twice a day). The patients were treated for 3 months. In the control group, 50 cases were treated with 5% minodil solution. Results in the observation group, 52 cases were effective, among which 28 cases (53.85%) were cured, 17 cases (33.33%) were obviously effective, and the effective rate was 87.18%. Of the 50 cases in the control group, 16 cases (32.43%) were cured and 16 cases (32.43%) were obviously effective. The effective rate was 64.86%. The therapeutic effect of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Compared with the control group, the effective time and recovery time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group [(41.87 鹵5.63) d vs (72.41 鹵7.82) days, P0.01]. The adverse reaction rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (17.95%vs 2.70%, P0.01). However, the symptoms of adverse reactions were mild and did not need to be dealt with. Conclusion 308th nm excimer laser combined with external application of 5% minodil solution in the treatment of alopecia areata is more effective than that of the control group, which is worthy of clinical application.
