【摘要】：患者男,72歲。面部淺褐色皮疹20余年,軀干及四肢起疹伴瘙癢1年余。組織病理表現(xiàn)為角化不全柱,真皮淺層血管周圍淋巴細(xì)胞浸潤(rùn)。前列腺穿刺活檢示:前列腺癌。診斷:炎癥性淺表播散型汗孔角化癥合并前列腺癌。
[Abstract]:The patient was 72 years old. The facial light brown rash is more than 20 years, and the trunk and the four limbs have been itching for more than 1 year. The pathological manifestations of the tissue were not full column, and the infiltration of peripheral lymphocytes in the superficial layer of the dermis. Prostate biopsy: prostate cancer. Diagnosis: an inflammatory, superficial disseminated type of hyperkeratosis combined with prostate cancer.
