【摘要】：目的：通過對刮痧聯(lián)合氯雷他定治療慢性蕁麻疹患者療效的隨機(jī)對照臨床觀察研究,探討其治療機(jī)理,以選出一種安全有效、簡便價廉的治療方法,進(jìn)一步提高中西醫(yī)結(jié)合治療該病的有效率。 方法：將166例慢性蕁麻疹患者隨機(jī)分為三組,治療組采取階段式逐步減量的方法予氯雷他定口服聯(lián)合每周1次刮痧治療；氯雷他定對照組采取階段式逐步減量的方法予氯雷他定口服；刮痧對照組予刮痧治療每周1次。對三組患者連續(xù)治療12周,觀察其癥狀體征及不良反應(yīng),并對風(fēng)團(tuán)狀況和瘙癢程度進(jìn)行評分和療效評定。 結(jié)果：本研究結(jié)果表明：(1)治療6周后療效比較：治療組56例,痊愈7例,顯效20例,有效21例,無效8例,有效率85.71%；氯雷他定組58例,痊愈6例,顯效17例,有效20例,無效15例,有效率74.14%；刮痧組52例,痊愈0例,顯效13例,有效20例,無效19例,有效率63.46%。(2)治療12周后療效比較：治療組56例,痊愈16例,顯效18例,有效15例,無效7例,有效率87.50%：氯雷他定組58例,痊愈13例,顯效18例,有效16例,無效11例,有效率81.03%；刮痧組52例,痊愈1例,顯效11例,有效18例,無效22例,有效率57.69%。 結(jié)論：治療組療效優(yōu)于氯雷他定組和刮痧組,未見嚴(yán)重不良反應(yīng)。刮痧聯(lián)合氯雷他定治療慢性蕁麻疹安全、可靠、簡便,能有效改善皮膚癥狀,尤其在迅速緩解瘙癢癥狀方面有優(yōu)勢。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the therapeutic mechanism of scraping combined with loratadine in the treatment of chronic urticaria by randomized controlled clinical study, so as to select a safe, effective, simple and inexpensive treatment method. Further improve the effective rate of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of the disease. Methods: 166 patients with chronic urticaria were randomly divided into three groups. The treatment group was treated with oral loratadine combined with scrapping once a week. Loratadine control group was given loratadine orally by step-by-step reduction and scraping control group was given scraping treatment once a week. Three groups of patients were treated for 12 weeks, the symptoms, signs and adverse reactions were observed, and the condition of wind mass and the degree of itching were evaluated and the curative effect was evaluated. Results: (1) after 6 weeks of treatment, 56 cases were cured, 7 cases were cured, 20 cases were markedly effective, 21 cases were effective, 8 cases were ineffective, and the effective rate was 85.71%. Of 58 cases in loratadine group, 6 cases were cured, 17 cases were markedly effective, 20 cases were effective and 15 cases were ineffective. The effective rate was 74.14%. (2) after 12 weeks of treatment, 56 cases in the treatment group were cured, 16 cases were cured, 18 cases were markedly effective, 15 cases were effective, 7 cases were ineffective, and the effective rate was 63.46%. The effective rate was 87.50%: in the loratadine group, 58 cases were cured, 13 cases were cured, 18 cases were obviously effective, 16 cases were effective, 11 cases were ineffective, and the effective rate was 81.03%. In the scraping group, 52 cases were cured, 11 cases were markedly effective, 18 cases were effective, 22 cases were ineffective, and the effective rate was 57.69%. Conclusion: the therapeutic effect in the treatment group is better than that in the loratadine group and the scraping group, and there is no serious adverse reaction. Scraping combined with loratadine in the treatment of chronic urticaria is safe, reliable, simple and can effectively improve skin symptoms, especially in the rapid relief of itching symptoms.
