【摘要】：目的分析普瑞巴林與加巴噴丁治療帶狀皰疹后遺神經(jīng)痛的成本-效果。方法收集普瑞巴林與加巴噴丁治療帶狀皰疹后遺神經(jīng)痛的隨機(jī)雙盲安慰藥對照臨床研究文獻(xiàn),比較兩種藥物的臨床療效,并作成本-效果分析。結(jié)果普瑞巴林與加巴噴丁治療帶狀皰疹后遺神經(jīng)痛臨床療效,普瑞巴林與安慰藥平均每日疼痛指數(shù)降低從1.18~2.70不等,合并效應(yīng)量均數(shù)差(MD)為1.31[95%CI(1.18,1.44)],普瑞巴林疼痛緩解≥50%的有效率為150 mg·d-1組(26.19%)和300 mg·d-1組(27.01%),需要治療例數(shù)(NNT)150 mg·d-1組(5.69)和300 mg·d-1組(5.44);加巴噴丁與安慰劑平均每日疼痛指數(shù)降低從2.0~2.4不等,合并效應(yīng)量MD為1.29[95%CI(1.04,1.54)],加巴噴丁疼痛緩解≥50%的有效率為29.91%(1 800 mg·d-1組)和34.26%(2 400mg·d-1組),NNT為4.73(1 800 mg·d-1組)和4.82(2 400 mg·d-1組);普瑞巴林與加巴噴丁平均每日疼痛指數(shù)降低合并效應(yīng)量MD為0.89[95%CI(0.54,1.24)]。普瑞巴林膠囊與加巴噴丁膠囊治療帶狀皰疹后遺神經(jīng)痛的成本-效果分析分別為普瑞巴林150 mg·d-1組C/E 62.24元、CN9 274.70元和300 mg·d-1組C/E 114.66元、CN 16 847.68元;加巴噴丁1 800 mg·d-1組C/E 22.02元、CN 3 114.71元和2 400 mg·d-1組C/E 26.91元、CN 4 443.56元。結(jié)論普瑞巴林與加巴噴丁治療效果相當(dāng),普瑞巴林的治療費(fèi)用高于加巴噴丁。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the cost-effect of PreBahrain and gabapentin in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia. Methods the literature of randomized double-blind placebo in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia with PreBahrain and gabapentin was collected to compare the clinical efficacy of the two drugs and to make a cost-effect analysis. Results the clinical efficacy of PreBahrain and gabapentin in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia was observed.
