【摘要】：患者男,35歲,雙手及手腕褐色斑片接觸水后半小時(shí)以內(nèi)變?yōu)榘咨ふ?伴緊繃感,離開水擦干約10min后癥狀消失,反復(fù)發(fā)作30余年。皮損有明顯季節(jié)性,夏季較重,冬季自然緩解。無過敏史、特殊接觸史及家族史。皮膚科情況:雙手及手腕對(duì)稱分布褐色斑片。接觸水后局部皮損發(fā)白、腫脹,皮紋明顯加深,脫離水后,自行恢復(fù)至原有褐色斑片。診斷:獲得性對(duì)稱性肢端角化癥。
[Abstract]:The patient, 35 years old, turned into a white rash within half an hour after his hands and wrists were exposed to water, accompanied by a sense of tension. After leaving the water to dry about 10min, the symptoms disappeared and repeated attacks for more than 30 years. Skin lesions have obvious seasonality, heavy in summer, natural relief in winter. No history of allergies, special contact history and family history. Dermatology: symmetrical distribution of brown spots on both hands and wrists. After contact with water, the local lesions were white, swollen, and the skin lines were obviously deepened. After leaving the water, the skin recovered to the original brown patch. Diagnosis: acutely symmetric acrokeratosis.
