【摘要】：目的評估黔南州消除麻風(fēng)病危害行動實(shí)施4年的疫情變化,為及時(shí)調(diào)整防治措施提供依據(jù)。方法分別對全州2012-2015年與2008-2011年麻風(fēng)新病例發(fā)現(xiàn)率、患病率,新病例中確診時(shí)年齡15歲、診斷延遲期≤2年、Ⅱ畸殘等相關(guān)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行比較分析。結(jié)果 2012-2015年與2008-2011年,新病例發(fā)現(xiàn)率分別是0.51/10萬和0.63/10萬(P0.05),2012-2015年發(fā)現(xiàn)率依次是1.01/10萬、0.46/10萬、0.24/10萬和0.34/10萬(P0.01),2011與2012年發(fā)現(xiàn)率分別是0.52/10萬和1.01/10萬(P0.01);患病率分別是1.41/10萬和2.04/10萬(P0.01),2012-2015年患病率依次是2.08/10萬、1.45/10萬、1.35/10萬和0.78/10萬(P0.01);分別發(fā)現(xiàn)確診時(shí)年齡15歲1例和2例、診斷延遲期≤2年39例和59例、Ⅱ畸殘26例和35例、依次占發(fā)現(xiàn)病例數(shù)1.19%和1.98%,46.43%和58.42%,30.95%和34.65%(P均0.05)。結(jié)論黔南州麻風(fēng)病疫情得到進(jìn)一步控制,普查前后4年診斷延遲期≤2年病例均發(fā)現(xiàn)不足,有待提高。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the changes of epidemic situation in 4 years of leprosy elimination in Qiannan prefecture, and to provide basis for timely adjustment of prevention and control measures. Methods the detection rate and prevalence of new cases of leprosy between 2012-2015 and 2008-2011 in the whole state were compared and analyzed. The age of the new cases was 15 years, the delayed period of diagnosis was less than 2 years, and the other related indexes were analyzed. Results in 2012-2015 and 2008-2011, the detection rates of new cases were 0.51- / 100,000,0.63 / 100,000 (P0.05), respectively, and those of 2012-2015 were 1.01- / 100,000,0.46- / 100,000, respectively. 0.24% 100,000 and 0.34% 100,000 (P0.01), 2011 and 2012 were 0.52 / 100,000,000 and 1.01 / 100,000respectively (P0.01); The prevalence rate was 141 / 100 thousand and 204 / 100 thousand (P0.01) respectively.
