【摘要】：正1臨床資料例1,患者男,47歲,因左足掌指起皮疹伴臭味2周就診。2周前患者感覺左足掌有惡臭,發(fā)現(xiàn)左足掌表面粗糙不平,走路時(shí)感覺疼痛而就診。既往健康,家族中無遺傳病及類似病史�；颊哂惺�、足多汗史,既往體健,家族成員中無類似病史。一般情況可,系統(tǒng)檢查未見異常。皮膚科情況:左足掌可聞及惡臭,足掌表面浸漬、發(fā)白,可見泛發(fā)性點(diǎn)狀凹陷,質(zhì)地中等,以足掌前1/3及足趾屈側(cè)為重(圖1)。皮損真菌鏡檢及培養(yǎng)均陰性。
[Abstract]:Case 1, male, 47 years old, who was treated for 2 weeks because of the rash of left palmar finger and odour. 2 weeks ago, the patient felt bad smell of left palmar, found that the surface of left paw was rough and rough, and the left foot felt pain when walking. Previous health, no family history of hereditary diseases or similar diseases. The patient had a history of hand, foot sweating, past physical fitness, and no similar history among family members. Generally speaking, there is no abnormal system check. Dermatology: left palms can smell and stink, the surface of the foot is impregnated, white, generalized punctate depression can be seen, medium texture, the first third of the foot and toe flexion as heavy (Fig. 1). Negative results were obtained by microscopic examination and culture.
