中國(guó)人面部黑素細(xì)胞痣在皮膚鏡下形態(tài)與年齡和面部部位的相關(guān)性研究
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the relationship between age and facial site of facial melanocytic nevus (melanocytic nevus,MN) in Chinese population. Methods: the morphology of facial nevus of melanocytes was recorded by dermatoscope. Results: pseudo-reticular, globular, cobblestone, Central reticular or homogeneous with peripheral globular (mixed reticular/homogeneous nevi with peripheral globules,MP), there were significant differences among different age groups of mixed type (P0.05). The number of cobblestones was positively correlated with age (P0.05), and the number of other forms increased with age (P0.05). The length was negatively correlated (P0.05). False reticulation was the most common in all age groups; globular appearance was found only in 45 years old group; cobblestone was observed only in 16 years old group and mixed type was found only in 30 years old group. The distribution of pseudo-reticular, cobblestone and cobblestone was statistically significant (P0.05). The proportion of the above shape in each part was as follows: pseudo-reticular: frontal nose around two buccal orifice, cobblestone: nose forehead around buccal orifice; Circle-like: around the forehead and mouth of both cheeks and nostrils. For the first time, it was suggested that the ring shape should be one of the forms of MN. No central globular or homogeneous (mix reticular nevi with central globules/homogeneous areas,MC was observed in this study. Conclusion: facial MN increases with age, pseudo-reticular decrease, globular and cobblestone summation. This study can demonstrate the Abtropfung theory of Nevogenisis and the internal and external pathway. 20 years old patients with mixed MP,MC, especially with increased MN, should be followed up regularly. The distribution of cobblestone was basically consistent with Blaschko line, and that of circle and pore was consistent.
