【摘要】：白癜風(fēng)是一種由于黑素細(xì)胞缺失,皮膚出現(xiàn)脫色白斑的常見皮膚病。精神因素不僅是較多白癜風(fēng)患者發(fā)病誘因之一,同時(shí)白癜風(fēng)也會(huì)給患者及其家屬帶來(lái)極大的精神壓力,降低他們的生活質(zhì)量,同時(shí)也不利于白癜風(fēng)的康復(fù)。文章通過(guò)查閱歸納文獻(xiàn),對(duì)近幾年白癜風(fēng)相關(guān)的心理調(diào)查進(jìn)行綜述。以期提高臨床對(duì)白癜風(fēng)患者及家屬心理狀態(tài)的認(rèn)識(shí),能夠?qū)ζ溥M(jìn)行適當(dāng)?shù)男睦碇笇?dǎo)與干預(yù),提高白癜風(fēng)的治愈率,改善白癜風(fēng)患者及家屬的心理狀態(tài)。
[Abstract]:Vitiligo is a common skin disease caused by the absence of melanocytes and decolorization of the skin. Mental factors are not only one of the causes of vitiligo, but also bring great psychological pressure to patients and their families, reduce their quality of life, but also not conducive to the rehabilitation of vitiligo. This article reviews the psychological investigation related to vitiligo in recent years by consulting and summarizing the literature. In order to improve the clinical understanding of vitiligo patients and their family members of psychological state can be appropriate psychological guidance and intervention to improve the cure rate of vitiligo patients and family members of the psychological state.
