【摘要】：目的:比較鈣泊三醇倍他米松軟膏和地塞米松霜外用治療穩(wěn)定期尋常性銀屑病患者臨床療效和安全性的差異。方法:自身左右對照臨床試驗研究。入組30例皮損面積30%休表面積的穩(wěn)定期尋常性銀屑病患者,均有左右側(cè)對稱皮損。隨機納入試驗組或?qū)φ战M。試驗側(cè)晚間外用1次鈣泊三醇倍他米松軟膏,對照側(cè)晚間外用1次0.1%地塞米松霜,療程4周。于用藥后第1、2、4周觀察臨床療效及安全性。結(jié)果:治療1、2、4周后試驗側(cè)靶皮損瘙癢、紅斑、浸潤、鱗屑單獨積分均較治療前有所下降,4周時積分較基線時的下降比率分別為91.76%、74.26%、91.84%和87.36%,均大于對照側(cè)(分別為69.05%、45%、41.24%和47.67%),兩組差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.01),治療4周時試驗側(cè)靶皮損瘙癢、紅斑、浸潤、鱗屑總積分較基線時的下降比率為85.98%,大于對照側(cè)(54.77%),兩組差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(x2=47.60,P0.01)。藥物不良反應(yīng)輕微,主要為與皮膚有關(guān)的輕中度反應(yīng)如瘙癢、毛囊炎等,大多數(shù)都能耐受。結(jié)論:鈣泊三醇倍他米松軟膏治療穩(wěn)定期尋常性銀屑病患者起效快、療效好,且用藥方便、相對安全。
[Abstract]:Objective: to compare the clinical efficacy and safety of calcium betamethasone ointment and dexamethasone cream in the treatment of stable psoriasis vulgaris. Methods: a controlled clinical trial was conducted. 30 patients with stable psoriasis with 30% surface area of skin lesions had symmetrical lesions on the left and right sides. They were randomly included in the experimental group or the control group. The experimental side was treated with calcium potriol betamethasone ointment once at night and the control side with 0.1% dexamethasone cream for 4 weeks. The clinical efficacy and safety were observed 4 weeks after treatment. Results: after 4 weeks of treatment, the target lesion of the experimental side was itchy, erythema and infiltrated. The decrease rates of scaly scores were 91.76% 74.26% and 87.36 6% respectively, which were higher than those of the control side (69.05% 41.24% and 47.67%, respectively). The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P0.01). At 4 weeks after treatment, the skin lesions of the experimental targets were pruritus, erythema, and macula, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P0.01), and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P0.01), and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P0.01), and the difference between the two groups was significant (P0.01). The decrease rate of the total scale integral was 85.98, which was higher than that of the control side (54.77%), and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (x2 + 47.60 鹵P0.01). Adverse drug reactions are mild, mainly skin-related mild to moderate reactions such as pruritus, folliculitis, and most can tolerate. Conclusion: calcipotriol betamethasone ointment is effective and safe in the treatment of stable psoriasis vulgaris.
