【摘要】：慢性瘙癢是指持續(xù)6周以上的瘙癢。慢性瘙癢常給患者帶來(lái)的巨大的身心負(fù)擔(dān),降低患者的生活質(zhì)量。相當(dāng)一部分患者伴有抑郁情緒,并在瘙癢和抑郁情緒之間形成惡性循環(huán)。阿米替林、多慮平、舍曲林、米氮平、艾司西酞普蘭等多種抗抑郁藥均被應(yīng)用于慢性瘙癢的治療,尤其是難治性瘙癢、惡性腫瘤伴發(fā)瘙癢、腎源性瘙癢等。使用抗抑郁藥治療慢性瘙癢可達(dá)到良好的止癢效果,并能改善患者不良情緒。
[Abstract]:Chronic pruritus refers to itching that lasts more than 6 weeks. Chronic pruritus often brings great burden to patients and reduces their quality of life. A significant number of patients are associated with depression and form a vicious circle between itching and depression. Amitriptyline, doxepin, sertraline, mirtazapine, escitalopram and other antidepressants have been used in the treatment of chronic pruritus, especially refractory pruritus, malignant tumor accompanied with pruritus, renal pruritus and so on. Antidepressant therapy for chronic pruritus can achieve good antipruritus effect and improve patients' bad mood.
