【摘要】：目的總結(jié)兒童泛發(fā)性光澤苔蘚的臨床和病理特點(diǎn)。方法回顧分析2014年1月-2015年12月北京兒童醫(yī)院皮膚科門診收治的28例兒童泛發(fā)性光澤苔蘚患者的臨床和病理資料。結(jié)果 28例患者中,27例(96.43%)為雙側(cè)對(duì)稱分布,15例(53.57%)伴瘙癢,3例(10.71%)出現(xiàn)甲損害,5例(17.86%)見Koebner現(xiàn)象。28例行結(jié)核菌素純蛋白衍生物試驗(yàn)(PPD)及11例行抗核抗體(ANA)檢測(cè),結(jié)果均為陰性。17例患兒組織病理示典型的表皮突下延呈"抱球樣"環(huán)抱局限性浸潤(rùn)灶。4例(14.29%)患兒2年內(nèi)皮疹自然消退,未給予任何治療。結(jié)論兒童泛發(fā)性光澤苔蘚為良性過(guò)程,暫未發(fā)現(xiàn)與結(jié)核感染和自身免疫性因素有相關(guān)性。
[Abstract]:Objective to summarize the clinical and pathological features of generalized lichen lustre in children. Methods the clinical and pathological data of 28 children with generalized lichen lustre were retrospectively analyzed from January 2014 to December 2015 in the dermatology department of Beijing Children's Hospital. Results among 28 patients, 27 cases (96.43%) had bilateral symmetrical distribution, 15 cases (53.57%) had bilateral symmetrical distribution, 3 cases (10.71%) had thyroid lesion, 5 cases (17.86%) had Koebner phenomenon. 28 cases were examined with tuberculin pure protein derivative test (PPD) and 11 cases with anti-nuclear antibody (ANA). Results the histopathological findings of 17 cases were negative. The histopathology of 17 cases showed that the typical infractory epidermis was "ball like". 4 cases (14.29%) had local infiltrating foci around the epidermis, and the rash subsided naturally within 2 years, and no treatment was given. Conclusion the generalized lichen lustre in children is a benign process and has not been found to be associated with tuberculosis infection and autoimmune factors.
