【摘要】：正患者男性,32歲。發(fā)現(xiàn)頦部皮膚乳頭狀隆起3年。全身其他部位皮膚及黏膜未見(jiàn)類(lèi)似病變,血、尿常規(guī)實(shí)驗(yàn)室檢查未見(jiàn)異常。本院以頦部皮膚隆起性病變收治,完成各項(xiàng)檢查后行病變切除術(shù)。病理檢查眼觀:帶皮膚組織1塊,大小1.2 cm×1 cm×0.5 cm,皮膚面積1.2 cm×0.5 cm,皮膚表面中央見(jiàn)一息肉樣隆起,直徑0.3 cm,切面灰白色、質(zhì)中。鏡檢:低倍鏡下見(jiàn)腫瘤顯示息肉樣外觀,表皮完整。腫瘤成分大部分位于真皮網(wǎng)狀層,為交叉呈束狀的成熟骨骼肌纖維,沿著與表皮垂
[Abstract]:The male patient is 32 years old. The papillary eminence of the chin skin was found for 3 years. No similar lesions were found in other parts of the body, but no abnormalities were found in blood and urine routine laboratory examination. The patients were treated with chin skin protruding lesions and underwent excision after all the examinations were completed. Histopathological examination showed 1 piece of skin tissue, 1.2 cm 脳 1 cm 脳 0.5 cm in size and 1.2 cm 脳 0.5 cm in area. A polypoid bulge with a diameter of 0.3 cm was seen in the center of the skin surface. The cut surface was gray and white. Microscopic examination: under low magnification, tumors show polypoid appearance and complete epidermis. Most of the tumor components are located in the dermis reticular layer, which is a cross-bunchy mature skeletal muscle fiber, hanging along the epidermis.
