【摘要】：正患兒女,3個(gè)月。因左眼瞼內(nèi)側(cè)斑塊3個(gè)月于2013年4月就診于我科。患兒出生時(shí)即發(fā)現(xiàn)左上、下眼瞼內(nèi)側(cè)黑褐色斑,并漸增大,視力無(wú)明顯異常。既往史、個(gè)人史、家族史均無(wú)特殊。體格檢查:一般情況可,各系統(tǒng)檢查無(wú)異常。皮膚科檢查:左上瞼內(nèi)側(cè)黑褐色斑0.6 cm×0.8 cm、左下瞼內(nèi)側(cè)0.6 cm×0.7 cm,呈橢圓形,稍隆起,閉眼時(shí)上下瞼褐色斑幾乎完全吻合,如一塊
